Less than a 10 minute walk from Skegness’ pier and beach we are still close to all the local amenities including the Embassy Theatre, Natureland, Pleasure beach, Skegness Pier and Skegness Aquarium.

I liked the place, the room and facilities in general. Kat and Adam were lovely and took good care of my family .

Super friendly staff, great location for local amenities.
Bed way too low, although comfortable, didn't like that the room wasn't tended during our three nights using covid as the reason.

It smelt so fresh and clean everywhere we went, really friendly owners who were happy to spend time talking to my son about their amazing fish tanks.
Nothing was too much effort, the breakfast was fantastic and there was even a loan of an umbrella, I would definitely stay again. Top marks for a really well run b&b, thanks for a great stay 😊

Adam & Kat are an amazing couple, the breakfast, room, location and service couldn’t be any better, fantastic value for money and we’ll most certainly book again.
