The apartment was spacious and neat. There was plenty of space for quite a few people although there were only 2 of us.

The location wasn't the best although it wasn't far from the city area.

The facilities were great, modern comfortable everything you need was available to you.

Extremely noisy, freight containers being unloaded with noisy forklifts across the road all night long so minimal sleep. Street lights beamed into bedrooms as blinds not sufficient

There was quite a lot of noise from the railway yard across the street and general traffic in the area dye to the central location

Perfect location, great size room.

Bathroom had hair in it when we arrived, down the side of the dryer was so dirty and dusty, towels had stains on them, massive step up to get into the bathroom needs to be listed as not all clients will be able to step up that.

The location is great and very private. Opening onto the street is a buzz. Coffee and milk available and take away stores nearby too.

I liked the view of the ocean and the location.

The very narrow steep stairs and the deck & hand rail in bad need of repair. I also didn't like the clear glass door on the outside laundry/toilet room. I also was nervous about the safety of the building due to the slope of the main bedroom floor. We felt the property was in need of a lot of maintenance.

Hard to get into, lockbox code wouldn’t work. we were awake all night listening to the sound of metal banging on metal from truck unloading shipping containers from boat to the train.

The view from the front is amazing.

Outdated property, it needs an overhaul pretty desperately. The toilet is really oddly positioned, no soap and half a toilet roll for 4 people is just appalling. A towel from the previous visitor was still hanging on the door, so I am wondering what sort of cleaning has been done between the stays. In the other bedroom, there were some sharp pieces of wood on the floor, very dangerous. Again, not sure about the cleaning in there either.

Fantastic location. Was able to get a later check out. Burnie City Apartments were very easy to deal with. Thank you.

Property was hard to locate in the dark. Very confusing with the property next door. Needs to have number on fence or light above number to see it. Bigger signage would be an advantage as well due to the next door property.
