Was a great place to stay the locals didn't mind us being there and the staff were super friendly.. caught heaps of fish just out the back door

The location was great and the reception staff lovely, the pool area and tennis court were great, nice view from the villa
The villa we were in was very rundown and was not very clean, the blankets were not clean and the carpet had not been vacuumed prior to our stay, the glassware and cutlery were not clean and the drawers and surfaces were all dusty

Vacuum cleaner work 40%, cannot complete cleaning. Carpet stains.

Was very big, value for money, view was amazing and down the road from a mall that had everything we needed
It didn't feel very clean. Cupboards and dishes were dirty. Blankets were smelly and felt dusty and grimy

The size of the townhouse and the location is great and access after hours was easy. Beaches and cafe's not far away.
The townhouse is in urgent need of some repair/maintenance to make it more appealing/safe. The dining chairs and lounge are old, worn and broken and the patio railings and floor boards are unsafe.

Location was in a great area with lots of things nearby. The room was very spacious which was ideal for a large group of people staying there. The kitchen already supplied a lot of appliances which was great. The water view was an amazing view.
Most locks were unfortunately not working in our room (e.g bedroom & bathroom locks) & the upstairs part was a bit dusty which was not good for the people with allergies. The power sockets in the bedroom is also a bit difficult to reach as it is right next to the beds, so to use them you must move the entire bed over.

The private pool was a winner. And made the holiday.
The spa didn't work and the furniture was broken (lounge) the dining room chairs and table off the kitchen had seen better days. The ceiling fan in one of the twin rooms only worked on maximum speed.

❤️❤️❤️love it. waking to the lake as our backyard was amazing. playtime for kids and adults from dusk to dawn, kayaking, standup paddling, swimming, spa, tennis, big shopping centre next door. no motor boats! a big plus.

It was a large unit, lots of space for us all. Good view of lake. Pool was good.
Very run down. Some things not working as they should. Furniture needs replacing. Needs better cleaning.

The price was good for a family of 8 good location plenty of room for everyone we plan on going back in the next 3 months and on a yearly basis.

House was so grimy, had not been cleaned in a long time, looked like a house that had been rented out and then not had an end of lease clean. bathrooms, carpets, everything was dirty and covered in grime. had to scrub the spa bath before showering and bathing.
Furniture and house was run down and very old, furniture was broken (a chair at the dining table had a broken leg come completely off and the leather of the chairs was all ripped).
no wifi at the property or any garbage bags or simple things needed in the house such as toilet paper, salt etc.
had to request a hair dryer.

the location
the cooking facilities were very basic the knives were blunt to cut with only 1 pan to cook with and nothing suitable to cook with for the microwave use.
the curtains were also stained and looked dirty and the curtains were not wide enough to close off the doors to the outside.

Perfect location with lake overlooking. Pool and Spa was well maintained. Good for fishing
No internet was available. Kids was bit stressed due to no Chanel available, but they had plenty walk during the stay around the resort

The view is amazing! The house very organised. Amazing location.
The kitchen facilities are very poor. The tv didn't work.
