warm and comfortable. nice breakfast. we arrived late in the evening with the ferry and we’re still able to check in.

imagine an old wooden cabin and all its sounds, now multiply it’s size and imagine there’s 20 people living in it. our room was under the staircase, it was extremely noisy with people going up and down the stairs.

Cold / hot shower intermittently Reception staff were rude when room was different to the advert on booking.com (twin instead of double), and took offence to a request for a discount in compensation. Blinds are semi-transparent in room (lack of privacy)

the owner was horrible. first, because we paid by credit card, he charged us a 19% tax. other hotels have charges 3-5% if we use a credit card. still other hotels have waived this 19% tax if we show them our immigration form. he refused. lastly, in almost every place I stay, I am able to get a coffee and bring it to my room while I get ready. he refused and said I could only have coffee in the restaurant

They served the breakfast on our table. It was a fine cold breakfast (no eggs, but ham, cheese, jam, cereal etc + coffee, tea, juice). The portion was not too big, not too little, we didn't try to ask for more. Room was quite big. Although at the edge of the small town, still a few minutes by foot to a few restaurants.

It feels more like a big guest house than a hotel. There was no shelf in the bathroom to put our toiletries on. The water in the shower was hot only after a few minutes. There were no shades on the bathroom window. Wardrobe was quite old-school, although it fits to the traditional style of the hotel. At the breakfast, milk was initially missing, when we asked for it, they brought it. Wifi was not working with the provided password, but we didn't ask about it (mobile net was good enough for us).

Comfy bed and warm room. Good breakfast and nice view from the room. Lots of parking. Nice large room and bathroom.

No blind on the bathroom window, and there is a house opposite. We felt like we were being treated like children, no eating or drinking in the rooms so we had to move to a cold room to drink a glass of wine. We were also constantly observed whilst eating breakfast.

The location is good and convenient.

Heating was not sufficient. Radiator in room but there was no heat at all in the early morning hours. Breakfast was included so I specifically asked the girl at check-in did they have eggs at breakfast. She said yes. So we were shocked when there were no eggs, then we asked the waiter, and he said eggs are 1000 CLP each egg additional charge. That was very disappointing.
