Close to the beach.

The smell in the area was terrible. Couldn’t open the open the bathroom door fully because it hit against the sink. The AC unit made a noise which the manager fixed but then started again later.

Cleanliness could have been better the toilet seat especially had a distinct yellow tinge to it and the shower head was full of moulds Although it was mentioned that the property is air conditioned, upon reaching we were told that the ACs are turned off after 15th of Sept.

The room was very clean, and it was cleaned every day. Luckily so, given we went everyday to the beach and brought back the 'velvet' sand that characterises Senigallia. The location is perfect, literally two minutes walking from the beach. The owners are super friendly and personally helped me with some health issues I have had in the first couple of days. They both always have a smile for you and a nice word when you get into the place. Amazing people! The Hotel is absolutely perfect for who wants to spend a week at the beach and relax. I absolutely recommend it to couples and group of friends.

Eco consciousness of owner. Very impressed. Lovely family hotel, simple, and close to the beach. Good breakfast, offering not only sweet cakes but also healthier options.

We had an off season heat wave. City had instructed all hotels to turn off central air conditioners. Had to leave window open. Owner could not do anything to help.
