Enjoyed our visit ti Folly Beach. The house was clean and communication with management was easy and prompt.

House was just as described, it even has a new construction smell. Super close to the beach. Awesome views. The king bed is a very hard but that was our only complaint. The kitchen is well stocked with quality clean cooking utensils and dishes. The washer and dryer work well. The outdoor shower was awesome for knocking off the sand. There are a lot of stairs to enter this house but by the looks of it every single house on Folly Beach has stairs. If you are looking for a family friendly home in an amazing location look no further. The beach in front of this house isn't overpopulated either. Seemed to be just the other families/couples who had rented the houses next door. This house was equipped with beach chairs, toys, beach towels, and even left us wine and cookies as an arrival surprise. This was an amazing place for us. Our children are 13, 11 and 9. Oh, and this house is located towards the end of the island so it isn’t right in the heart of all the traffic and massive amount of parked cars. And you are a short walk from viewing the lighthouse.

Really enjoyed our stay at this house. Very clean, host was amazing and quick to respond to any questions I had. Kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. Even though it's located right near a public access point, it was still a quiet with not near as many people as other places on the beach. We will be back.

You can’t beat the views from this house and the beach is at your doorstep. The house was spotless when we arrived and looked great. Would recommend to rent a car or golf cart since it is far from town. Overall, it’s perfect for a relaxing getaway on the beach!

We loved Surf Song Cottage! Only steps from the beach. We stayed in many places on SC beaches and loved this the most. Easy access to the beach, the beach was not at all crowded and it is clearly dog loving beach. The house was beautiful, comfortable, well equipped, and the porch was closed with a gate. we were able to leave the door open, hear the ocean, and our pup could sit on the porch and people watch. We will definitely return!

The house was very nice, welcoming and convenient to the beach that wasn’t too crowded! The view from the deck was great when you wanted to hear and see the ocean without having to get in the sand! You must be able to handle steps to access this great little house. The kitchen was well appointed with a nice surprise for us upon arrival. My only complaint would be the bunk beds that would be great for littles but not as easily accessible or comfortable for grown people. We ended up putting the eggshell mattress (provided) on top of the bottom bunk to make it a little more comfortable for my 20 yr old son. The other two beds were very comfortable! I highly recommend this house for a relaxing beach vacation!

We really enjoyed the house. It was well appointed. The beds were comfortable. Short walk to the beach and about 30 minutes from downtown Charleston. Everything was very clean and the communication by the owners was very informative. I definitely recommend this place to others.

The home was newly built or rebuilt. Our stay was in May of 2023. Interior and exterior was in great condition. Nice walkway to beach, with outdoor shower for getting the sand off after the beach day. Two bedrooms were equipped for adult guests, while a third bedroom had bunks, geared for children. There was a sleeper sofa, so even though the description says sleeps 8, really sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Check in and out was easy. Located on quieter end of island.

Beautiful home and property. Stunning views from inside and out! They thought of everything you might need from kitchen items, a grill, beach items, towels and toiletries, and even games, books, and toys for little ones. It was a very clean and comfortable stay!

This house was great and the location was wonderful. Sitting on the deck made you feel like you were right on the beach, you have views of the ocean from the entire back of the house. It was wonderful! Stayed for 2 weeks and could have easily stayed longer, the house is very comfortable. Not very close to center of town which was fine for us because it gets pretty busy there we loved the quieter location. It's a very close walk to see the Morris Lighthouse and enjoy the scenery. Will definitely be returning.

We enjoyed our stay. House is nice, bright and clean. Kitchen has all you need. We enjoyed the fact that we were away from the center. We loved that our dogs could come with us as they are part of our family. Our questions were always answered immediately. Will definitively use them again.

Loved this cottage it was far enough away from town that gave you privacy. Easy to get to the beach just a few steps and you were there. Love that you can have dogs on the beach. Owners were available and quickly responded. Had it ready two hours early for us. I will go back!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our "bungalow on the beach".80' from the Atlantic with an unobstructed view.We loved the north end.Quieter peaceful walks with our dog and a few dolphins feeding a bit off-shore.Minutes back to town.We just loved it We'll be back.

I knew I'd be booking a stay with iTrip, having stayed with them before I know they are simply the best, and iTrip Charleston Beach didn't disappoint! The property itself is gorgeous, with easy access to the beach and clean, comfortable furnishings to relax in. Staff was always professional, all instructions were clear, and they even personally recommended some great local shops and restaurants we thoroughly enjoyed. We walked the beach and trekked out to take in the lighthouse views at sunset. The nice weather brought out many locals (and their dogs) and we enjoyed talking to them. We were glad to see our unit had a recycling program and lots of information about protecting the turtles and environment. It's such a great welcoming community to visit! The highlight for me had to be the ocean (and marsh) views through crystal-clear windows, inside and out. That kind of attention to detail is why we'll be coming back!

Great location! Hearing the waves and watching the sunset from the deck was just what we needed. Just a few steps and you’re on a beautiful, clean beach. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Our hosts gifted us a bottle of wine and cookies when we arrived and check in/check out were extremely convenient. You will not be disappointed.

Quiet, beautiful views and relaxing. The property was clean and very well equipped. Even had toys for our grandson toddler! We took long beach walks, visited Bert’s a few times and enjoyed the lighthouse walk. Great property!

We stumbled upon this house listing by accident, kept getting drawn back to it during our search, and I’m so glad we did. The house was perfect! It was immaculately clean and adorably decorated. Our whole family joked all week about wanting to buy the house. The beach was a short walk away- very easy to run back to get a snack. We worked and had school all week, so the proximity to the beach was perfect to be able get there and back in no time. We will definitely be renting SurfSong again! We could not have asked for a more perfect experience! Thank you!

We would absolutely come back. Not knowing the door code until the day of was nerve racking. Even more nerve racking was not being crystal clear that our door code would NOT be available until the day of....which I respect and completely understand for security reasons. Also it would be nice to know about the stairs to climb because we brought an older dog that needed to be carried up and down. The house was pristine and beautiful inside! Loved loved loved this location and house. Thank you all!

I cannot describe how wonderful this property is. It is beyond wonderful, it's totally magnificent! The home is beautifully updated and decorated with just the right amenities. The view of the ocean is displayed right in front of your eyes, from walking up the stairs to the entrance of the home, to being on the deck, to looking out the two large windows inside the home. You cannot miss the ocean view! The pictures do not do this place justice! A few steps to the beach and back again to enjoy the cottage, you couldn't ask for a better location. 5+ stars!!! Looking forward to making this a regular spot for our vacations. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Beautiful location. My son loved being able to get back and forth to my he beach so easy. It was also wonderful taking an early morning stroll before the tide has come in. Very pretty a cozy interior.

Beautiful beach house, right on the beach! The views are spectacular - every window facing the ocean looks like a painting. The house itself is well appointed, beautifully decorated and comfortable, especially for children. We appreciated the bunk beds and thoughtful addition of toys and books. Close proximity to a quiet side of the island was the cherry on top.

We (4 adults and 1 child) were here to celebrate my husband's birthday. Everything is just as advertised. The house does have a 2 car garage set-up but we parked in the driveway because we weren't sure if our Chrysler Voyager would fit. The house itself is super cute! The living room has a gorgeous view of the water. 2 of the bedrooms have 1 large bed each while the third has a bunk bed which our son loved. My husband ended up bunking with my son and he attested that the lower bunk was comfortable enough for an adult as well. The house is air conditioned and all rooms (including the deck) are equipped with fans. The location is fantastic! The beach is literally in the backyard just a few short steps away. The rocking chairs on the deck are wonderful to sit on and watch the ocean #sublime. There are mosquitoes about so just be mindful to keep the doors/windows closed. The house does have 2 beach chairs and a paddleboard available for beach use. There is a small grocery store in town which is well stocked with the basics. Publix and HT are accessible via a 15 minute-ish car ride. There are several dining options in town and Charleston is about a 20- 30 minute drive away (depending on traffic). The communications were on point and everything ran smoothly. We had a great time and will definitely be back!
