We stayed in the Bear Hollow village and loved the location! The house was well maintained and had a great layout for 3 separate couples - each with our own bathroom! We loved the hot tub on the porch after a long day of skiing!

Only thing that could have been clearer is that the sofabed is located in the den at the top of the stairs which is a high traffic throughway. Nice property for a ski weekend that is reasonably located near the resorts.

We traveled with our three adult boys, one spouse and two girl friends. We loved the open area for eating, cooking, and hanging out all on one level. Nice big kitchen table for playing games! Having the hot tub right off the kitchen was nice too. The lower bedroom was a little chilly, but the space heater made all the difference - no complaints by my son and wife. One bedroom had full size bunk beds and the lower bunk had very little space between it and the top one, but we managed. The location was great and we were so happy to have a garage since we had a lot of snow. It was an easy fifteen minute drive to Park City with traffic. The community is very nice and even with all the snow we could tell it is well maintained and cared for. A great trip and we'd definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay. The condo was great!! Very roomy, well stocked and clean. Beds were comfortable. Everything we were looking for. We enjoyed the hot tub on the deck and the clubhouse was nice feature too, and we loved being able to workout there.

This property was great for a girls trip. We all had our own beds and a great room for hanging out. Check in was a breeze and was a great location to all things Park City

The property was nice and roomy, but I specifically asked about air conditioning and was told yes the unit was air conditioned. When we arrived the thermostat on the main floor indicated there was no air conditioning except on the upstairs level. I was NOT happy about that and suffered with the heat during the afternoon and evening when I was preparing food.. I was also disappointed that there was not a regular Barbeque on the patio.

Would only recommend property for those who have a vehicle or out of options as taxi service and Uber can be more difficult to find in Park City. It is located on a busy intersection and walking to the shuttle is not ideal with ski equipment. The place was extremely outdated, and we arrived to a broken hot tub, dirty dishes every time we opened a cupboard, and dust. We spent a morning vacuuming the carpet and moved a couch to clean under that had trash everywhere. I’ve never written a review of a place until now, and given clean protocols we’d all expect with Covid it was nowhere near even average.On the positive it is spacious, they did let me check in 2 hours early, and are responsive to emails.

We spent a week at this property, which was easy to access from the interstate, clean, and it looked as expected based on photos on the listing site. The open floor plan was fabulous and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook nice meals. The front and lower level bedrooms stay much cooler than the rest of the unit but we did find a space heater for the lower level which helped a little. The dishwasher broke during our stay, and hand washing dishes on vacation was kind of a bummer, but I’m sure it will be replaced soon. We found traffic to Park City Mountain over the holiday weekend very heavy, but from Tuesday on it was a pretty easy drive. On the other hand, the location is very convenient to outlet mall, Smiths grocery store, Walmart, and lots of quick- service restaurants (all important when traveling with young kids) . We didn’t need but did find that the unit had sleds, a pack n play, and a kitchen booster seat.

Great location close to entrance of Kimball Junction/Park City. Shopping and restaurants are practically across the street. Plenty of room for our group of just 5. Could easily have slept more. I liked that you can make you own security code for entry once you arrive. Hot tub was great especially after a day on the slopes with my feet and shins in bindings all day. Laundry was ideally located off the the upstairs bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

I did not feel wecome by vacation rental moose management. They are not familiar with home inventories.

Overall our stay was adequate for the price we paid. We've used Homeaway many times and have good experiences. This particular property had a few things that are worth mentioning. We went out the front door to take pictures of the kids real quick in the snow, and the front door handle comes completely off, leaving us locked outside. Also the garage light was out, so when we returned at night we had no light going up the stairs. The hot tub never got above 85 degrees. The downstairs bedroom - aside from the noise of the water heater in the closet and absolutely no heat (until luckily we found a portable heater), the downstairs bedroom has an extremely odd large picture on the wall with wording of death, innocence lost, the end of time, final point, barbarians at the gate, etc. A very odd thing to be hanging next to a bed. Thank you for the opportunity to review, overall the place accommodated us well and we enjoyed the fireplace at night and all the movie channels, as well as the available kitchen seating.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The home was spacious, clean and very well stocked. The bedrooms were huge, beds comfortable, and the curtains made it cool and dark so we could sleep in every day. The appliances were high end and the hidden recliners in the couch were a plus. The community was beautiful. We saw a huge moose in the meadow on the way to the pool our first morning there. We were close to Tangers and the Olpymic Park and about 15 minutes away from Main Street. We enjoyed our stay and cant wait to come back.

Beautifully decorated, spacious, cozy home! Our family loved the comforts offered w/this property, including the large living room, dining & kitchen areas, the hot tub and the fireplace were perfect after a long day of skiing & some much needed relaxation. Incredibly clean and well maintained throughout the entire home. Location was ideally located just minutes away from grocery stores, shopping areas, ski resorts, a multitude of excellent restaurants, and Park City's Main Street area. The drive to and from the Salt Lake City Airport was an easy one, approximately 35-40 minutes. Although most of our time was spent skiing (Canyons & Deer Valley), we also loved tubing at Gorgoza Park, shopping on Main St. and enjoying some delicious meals at Vessel Kitchen, The Eating Establishment (for breakfast), Twisted Fern (our favorite), Stoked coffee shop on Main St., and Whole Foods! We'll most definitely return to this property and we'd highly recommend this beautiful home to family, friends and anyone looking to have a wonderful time in Park City and the surrounding areas! We can't wait to go back...

This was our 5th visit to this condo. We LOVE it! We have visited during the summer and winter months. It is convenient to Park City downtown area, Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley ski resorts. The condo had everything you need - and a bonus to have a garage and hot tub! The property has always been clean we have always encountered hospitable service. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a vacation home in Park City.

We had a problem with water pressure initially but once we mentioned it, the problem was fixed immediately. Other than that issue, the property was clean and well appointed. we were attending a conference in Salt Lake City so we're out most of the day but it was a quiet little oasis to come home to. It was like staying at a home rather than a hotel. Would definitely book again.

We used to live in Park City. We brought our family and friends back for a ski weekend. The location was extremely convenient. The layout was perfect for 3 families. The property managers were great about communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Wow, it really was home away from home. More comforts than my own home. Great location and so close to everything, yet quiet and calming. Everything was just perfect. House is big but felt very cozy. Highly recommend and will rent again.

The home was very cozy and super clean. We had nine adults and space to spare. The location was perfect, a short ride to Salt Lake City and even shorter ride to Park City. We would stay again - However, there are a few things to note: We were there for five nights and the TV did not work the entire time, we spent too much of our vacation speaking with reps from the cable company and finally just gave up. Wifi didn't work for the first couple of days, but the Prop manager sent someone to take a look and he fixed it right up. We had been looking forward to using the Jacuzzi in the cool weather, but the water was only luke warm and the bubbles didn't work. AND most importantly - be sure to READ the binder with the check-out rules! You are required to do A LOT of things upon checkout or you will be charged! I've stayed at many, many rentals and never have I seen so many rules!! It's understood this is someone's home and they wish to keep it nice - but WOW so of the fees were ridiculous. All that being said as I mentioned, we would stay again because the space is lovely!

Great property with lots of room and nice furnishings. Close to the Olympic Park and other attractions. My family loved it.
