The view and close to all shops and restaurants

The bed was most uncomfortable very old. 4 flights of stairs furniture was very old and worn and felt unclean,nothing like the pictures. Was managed apartment I called let them know we would be late asked where to pick key up I sent through all my ID awaiting the response and did not receive had to call emergency number at 7pm to get help and I could not speak more highly of Gabe he was so helpful

Well the main issue was the wifi internet did not work. I reported it to the Paradiso reception on Day 1.... nothing happened. reported it again on Day 2 and asked what happened after my report yesterday. I was told they just forwarded my issue to someone else and they would do the same again today...I left feeling they were not really interested...all care no responsibility. Day 3 I gave up chasing the issue. on day 4 I saw a maintenance guy and asked him about it. He said it should be fixed and soon after I got a call saying someone will be over in the afternoon to sort it out. We waited. No one came. No follow up call. Day 5 gave up on the issue. Day 6 gave up and checked out....not really a big issue except for the fact no one other than the maintenance guy seemed to be bothered to do anything. disappointing

Nothing ! We were offered alternative accomodation at Acacia apartments as Marine no longer operates. Acacia was unacceptable, no aircon, no lift for a 3 storey stay, lights on all night from adjoining fire station, very old and uncomfortable. Bookings should cancel this property as it will damage your reputation. We deserve a 50% refund for the inconvenience caused by the local managers. Regards. Robert Cruickshank

A few things in the apartment, toaster and the iron do not work very well. Ironing board needs a decent cover. Drier switch is broken.

The location was pretty good, but would not recommend for others at the price we [paid for two nights

The unit was not cleaned properly. I had to vacuum myself the verandah area was so dirty with crumbs. Lucky I bring cleaning supplies with me so could wipe and get rid of the bleach smell in the unit

Great Position and good views

The Unit was dirty and dusty, Not cleaned properly for a while. We have stayed here before and not seen it dirty, That was disappointing, We complained and the host responded quickly which we were happy with. So hopefully this has been remedied for future guests.

The bathroom, floors and balcony were absolutely filthy, I had to wear my rubber thongs in the shower, never took my shoes off. No notice power was not available for all day Sunday until we checked in and the lady said they just got notified which was a lie there was a notice on the fridge from the 24/11 or we would not have booked. check in also said until 9pm had to knock on office door at Paradiso Resort where keys were to find someone, no one around at all, we arrived at 4pm. Garage roller door was broken so had to lock bikes so car and bikes not secure. Customer Service none so thumbs down to the running of this property from one holiday property owner to another

It is in a very central location to cafes and restaurants and the beach. The bed was very comfortable. There were lots of cooking and eating utensils. The balcony area was comfortable with multiple chairs and tables and the view to the ocean was great.

We were advised in advance and agreed to someone looking at the unit for the purpose of purchasing it however we were told that was between 1pm - 2pm so we planned our day around that and were going to be away from the unit during that time. However, after going to the beach and returning at about 12pm we found that our unit had an "open house" happening at that time so very unhappy about that. The agent carrying out the "open house" had not advised us of any time change and also moved our personal belongings out of sight during the inspection which we planned to do had it started at 1pm as advised. he collection of property keys was very slow and we got to the accommodation but were unable to open the garage because the remote control wasn't given to us at check-in. The power to the entire unit cut-out early on our last day so we had to pack up and leave straight away to ensure that our items in the fridge didn't get hot.

The apartment as advertised was not an apartment but a motel room. No signs or numbers of where the room was. We tried different doors till we found the right one.The place was dirty, dusty and bathroom not clean. The fridge was tiny as we struggled to fit anything in, the freezer part was so over frozen tgat it couldn't be used. As advertised ; there was no washing machine or dryer. Dishwasher tablets to use but no dishwasher. Had to wash dishes in bathroom sink next to toilet. No dining table and one lounge chair. Had to fill jug for coffee in the bath. Got charged hidden fees. The motel room was very overpriced and not the price that was advertised. Extremely disappointed.

Room was run down, Furniture was dated and stained. The carpet was dirty and without shoes felt sticky and unclean. Stains on bedcovers. The curtains had holes in them, and were falling off the curtain rails at end.

Shane it didn’t have a lift as when you have a bit of luggage it was a bit much to carry up stairs

Cupboard doors had drinks spilled down them& dirty. Grouting in the shower was mouldy & glass door looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Glass on patio had grime running down it. Someone's food still in the freezer & cold pack in the fridge. Chocolate wrapper behind chair & bedside table.

when asked to speak slowly and clearly as we are deaf the lady reverted to rapid fire words within seconds...She was a waste of time asking questions .

Great bed and wonderful shower pressure

Very dingy. Paper peeling off wall behind toilet. No remote for tv .

The apartment is in a great location in the middle of the restaurant strip, directly opposite the beach. It has a wonderfully large spa bath, perfect for an end of day relaxing bath.

We arrived at 3pm and the room hadn't been cleaned. When reported the host made a call and someone came to do a quick vaccuum, change the bedding and wipe down the bath. The rest of the surfaces weren't touched and we use our hand wipes to clean the surfaces.

Some small issues with facilities in the room being tired and broken. No toilet roll holder on the wall, No information on how to change from TV to Foxtel channels. Hot water temperature too low, water was cold by the time the spa bath had sufficient water to run.

Location

The unit was filthy the bathroom was particularly bad, the coffee table had an inch of dust under it, we rolled up the rug as there is no nonslip material on it making it dangerous and slippery and underneath the rug was full of chips and other rubbish. The kitchen cupboards haven't been cleaned and the cutlery and cups had to be washed before using as they were sticky and dirty.
