The villa itself was definitely beautiful, although lots of ants inside the room and got eaten alive by bed bugs. Had to call reception multiple times to change the sheets, towels and mop the floors as they were absolutely filthy from the stay before! Very disappointed

Our stay here was amazing, all staff members were extremely helpful in arranging a scooter for hire and taxis to and from the airport. They were always so happy and friendly, I would highly recommend staying here and we look forward to staying here again. Thanks 😊

Excellent location. Close to major beach clubs and walking distance to many other restaurants, cafes and bars. Staff were very friendly and helped immediately with any requests we had. Private pool is nice and cleaned daily. We didn't use the main pool. Breakfast was decent with Indonesian or American option and always arrived on time. I would happily stay here again if I return to Bali.

Location, amenities & room itself, a nice surprise with cake regarding my birthday, decent breakfast that was included in price.

Manager/owner was asking me about my girlfriend nationality/identity - why and what for, because of Indonesian law? Everyday I had to confirm that I want a breakfast, can't do it for few days in advance.

The Villa was lovely, and the staff exceptional and went out of their way to help you! Really liked my time here

The only downside was that the bathroom is quite outdoorsy so when it was raining, a little bit of rain would splatter into the toilet area

Property was dirty. shower heads barely worked. toilet barely flushed. Bath and pool were dirty. Very overpriced.

All the staff were super friendly and could not do enough for you particularly, the Manager Mr Alister who bent over backwards when my wife was sick from an outside source. Unfortuneatly, the infrastucture is getting a little tired. however through there help and sincerity we would go back and stay.

This place is perfect for a private getaway. Close enough to central Canggu but also far enough that it’s not loud and busy right at your doorstep. The Villa was beautiful the private pool was perfect. Mostly the staff here made my trip, they were beyond helpful! I would most definitely stay here again!

Great location close to Echo Beach and a few good restaurants etc. Friendly and helpful staff that do what they can to assist you.

The place is really run down and really dirty. There are ants, bugs and mosquitos everywhere including through all of our bags when we left. The hot water did not work and the grounds are lethally slippery in places. To summarize this place is not worth the money. Like the other reviews have said this does not look anything like the photos on Booking.com. This place needs some serious work to get back up to scratch.

The property needs a lot of maintenance for the rating it has. The rating it has doesnt reflect the condition of the property. Its not terrible, but it probably shouldnt have such a high rating. As others have said, lots of wildlife in the area and in the villa. Kids got bittten by mosquitoes. The floors around the property are dangerously slippery. Water pressure is very low and the hot water system failed constantly which makes life hard with kids. It would take a few hours to fill a bath.

it was poorly maintained, very old and falling apart, pool was cloudy and moldy the room was moldy and smelt of mold shower /toilet dirty and moldy the outdoor bed and seating very dirty and greasy , I had to lay down towels to sit on them the advertised pictures NOT accurate NOT good value for money for a villa close to town I think bookings. com need to send inspectors before advertising!! SO disappointed for an 11 day stay ☹️

Staff's behavior was good only, nothing else.

I checked out 1 day early because of so many issues, and they didn't even refund me. This place is too old to stay in, too many crabs, toads, Snakes, Lizards, Mosquitos and water flow in shower and bathtub is extremely slow. The bathroom is open for all animals and insects to come in and enter your room even, It is right beside the river so there are many crabs in the room, shower, and swimming area. I swim every day and didn't swim for the whole stay because saw many insects falling from tree inside the pool and pool wasn't clean as it was right under the tree which is starting from the river, Woah, I don't understand who designed this. I'm satisfied with the staff's behavior but I had to check out 1 day early because I can't sleep with all these insects near my bed.

Our spacious private villa had a large private pool with a covered deck equipped with an oversized sofa/day bed, a dining table and kitchen counter. The air conditioned room was poolside with glass sliding doors. Nice view to wake up to! A great breakfast is delivered and served in-villa daily. Plus very affordable in-room spa services are available.
