Eher geeignet für Paare oder Gruppen ohne Kinder In der ersten Nacht war das eigentliche Zimmer nicht frei und wir mussten dann in der zweiten Nacht umziehen

Breakfast was outstanding, so much choice. Location was brilliant for us, walking distance for everything we wanted to see.

Wir waren 10 Tage dort. Da müsste das Frühstück - an sich sehr gut - trotzdem etwas abwechslungsreicher (z- B. Müslisorten, Gebäck, Marmeladen) sein, wobei das wohl bei einem Frühstückspreis von 25 Euro nicht zu viel verlangt wäre.

El desayuno excelente, muy variado y con cocineros que te hacían omelettes y otros platos La habitación estándar Solo una sola critica y es que te venden una habitación como triple y solo te agregan un sofá cama. Es resto muy bueno.

Housekeeping ve garsonlar çok yardımsever kahvaltısı Avrupa şartlarında çok üst düzey ve Türk mutfağından çok fazla yerel ürün barındırıyor. Bulunduğu cadde de 1 adet Almanya geneli kozmetik mağazası , 2 adet zincir süpermarket , bir kaç çeşit dünya mutfaklarını içeren restaurant var. Gerek metro hattı gerekse yaya olarak turistik bir gezi yapmak için harika bir lokasyonu var. 5 yıldızı hakediyor

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal v a. im Spa Bereich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage auch sehr gut, alles mit der U-Bahn schnell erreichbar.

Allerdings war unser drittes Bett selbst um 21 h noch nicht im Zimmer vorbereitet und es hat sehr lange gedauert bis es aufgebaut wurde. Trotzdem, dass wir zwei Wochen vorher ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht haben. Dass wir für's Badezimmer die kleine Hygieneartikel erst auf Nachfrage bekommen könnten hat man uns vorher auch nicht gesagt.

Good location near a metro station and a 20 minute walk from main station. Modern facilities and friendly staff.

Our booking.com reservation had not worked with the property. They were able to sort this out, but we were lucky they had rooms available. The sink in our room filled with water and we couldn’t undo the plug.

The hotel is very well designed and had a sense of opulence which was nice. It was right on the U Bahn which made getting around very simple and convenient. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding with plenty of Vegan and Gluten-free options. Staff were great though there was not much interaction as everything went smoothly. Bags could be held if you had a later flight , check out time was generous at 12 noon. All in all we would certainly go back again.

Excellent location! U-Bahn is just in front of the hotel. The cleanliness is superb! Staffs and services are nice as well! There are also restaurant and cafe internally locate in the hotel.

There are several points! I don't know why nowadays many hotels including this hotel, are offerings all things just only the arrival day! For example, if you stay more than 1 or 2 nights, you will note that the hotel gives a bottle of water only for the first date, also amenities like soap and shampoo is likely to be empty if you stay longer. To me this is quite ridiculous especially when comparing with the price. Another thing is that spa, sauna and swimming pool is not free for the guests, they charge you more 20 EUR to use it. There are also some equipment broken in the room.

The location is great. Metro station, tram and bus stop are within walking distance. Some nice restaurants nearby and also a supermarket. The room is clean and quiet. The breakfast is very good with many options.

A suggestion: it would be great if iron & ironing board is available in the room.

I loved the styling of the lobby and room and we loved how close it was to the underground station and it was a quick walk to the Brandenburg gate

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Situated in a calm location near the center. Good spa and fitness facilities.

Broken air conditioning, loud buzzing noise coming from the cupboard and was a loud location given its on a Main Street. Small beds and I asked a long way in advance for a double and we got single beds on our honeymoon
