Everything was good. On street parking was a challenge. Excellent for people who don’t have a vehicle. Close to a lot of food options. I would stay there again

Great home for families with roominess, plenty of beds, clean bathrooms, well stocked kitchen. Laundry room was a plus. Great location near lots of groceries stores, restaurants, and Link light rail was nearby. Not ideal but no fault of property was off street parking- had to walk a block sometimes from parking spot.

Comfortable, clean, and quiet.

A short walk from Light Rail means this is great for coming in from the airport, or going north to UW. Two blocks off busy street so it’s quiet. Parking pass available if you have rented a car and need to park on street. Host was quick to follow up to random questions.

Stayed with 8 friends and had the best trip to seattle of our lives. Caught two concerts and one mariners game. Walking distance from all the bars. Scootered from lumen field home. Walked from space needle home. Played soccer at the park at 3am. Needless to say it we put some miles in and didn’t spend too much because of how great the location was. Great neighborhood and great hosts. 9/10 would rent again. My one small little complaint was that it was a very hot weekend in Seattle but there’s more then enough fans in the home even though there’s no a/c.

The home owner/manager was very attentive and helpful. The property is well-maintained and centrally located, so it was easy to get to restaurants, tourist destinations, and Seattle University. There was ample space for our family of three, which was great. If you have mobility issues, be aware that there are two levels of stairs. Also, if you're used to AC, be aware that this home, like many homes in Seattle (as we found out), use fans, not AC. We were comfortable even in August, so I'm not complaining. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and a big part of that is because we picked the right home. Big thanks, Peter!

My son and I had a great stay at the townhouse in early/mid March (while visiting area colleges). Peter was one of the best hosts I have had in years of doing Airbnb (and other online marketplaces)! Communication was super quick, check-in/access was very easy with keypad, and the place was as advertised (note: master bedroom no longer has round bed; current bed was very comfortable). The Capitol Hill location was perfect for us, as almost everything we wanted to do was either in walking distance or very close by via car. Street parking was not too difficult (more so at night, but we always found a spot within a few blocks) and the residential parking pass was so convenient. Most importantly though, Peter went above and beyond accommodating several special requests I asked of him (guaranteeing very late check-out in advance, providing a desk and chair as an extra workstation for us (that he even had to put together himself), and even shipping an item that my son accidentally left behind). Would definitely stay again!

Lovely spot on a quiet street but in the heart of the Capitol Hill dining scene. We walked to at least 4 excellent restaurants during our visit.
Also very convenient to the Link Light Rail, which makes it easy to visit UW and downtown.

Easy walking to volunteer park where our niece was married and an easy stroll home from reception venue.
Two bedrooms and each with their own bath/shower added to the positive experience.
We didn’t need (nor come across) the provided parking pass which allows you to park on street overnight - you would have to find a spot.
Checkin on site stated 3:00 however Peter (who is phenomenal to work with) informed me it was 4:00. Fortunately, we were able to drop off luggage earlier as we had an event to attend.
We did make breakfasts and some lunches. Kitchen suited us well. Seating for four at breakfast bar or you can try popping up coffee table. We ended up more comfortable just sitting around coffee table at its normal height.
We were wishing the kitchen included a spatula for flipping our eggs but made due with a spoon. (We think we found the broken remains of one left by a previous renter.)
I highly recommend the location and accommodations!!!

This home was just a perfect place to stay in Seattle for a weekend away. It’s incredibly close to the train station (walkable with suitcases) and to so many pubs, restaurants and shops. The hill is definitely the place to be when visiting Seattle. Incredibly well kept and clean in a safe neighbourhood. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Seattle.

We loved the location, the cleanliness (I am extremely fussy and it was definitely up to my standards) and the access to shopping and transit.
The only things we would do differently is bring cone filters for the coffee maker, bring a whisk, a small flipper (spatula) some mixing bowls, and a few pots. There were 4 frying pans and one small pot, some bakeware, two serving bowls and a nice serving plate, good quality silverware and dishes. We ate in so having those items would make a difference to us. If you are eating breakfast only - cereal and yogurt and toast you will have everything you need.
Each bedroom having its own bathroom with a tub and shower was excellent and having a powder room on the main meant no one had to run up and down the stairs to use the bathroom.
If you have a bad back, take the traditional bed - we found the round one on the softer side and because the base is 4 pieces, if you toss and turn the base pieces shift.
The linens were good quality and in excellent condition and there were many extra sets.
If you're coming for any length of time and planning to watch tv remember your Netflix log on and password - there is no cable.
We would definitely stay again - Peter was an excellent host.

We loved our stay here. It is a great location that is very close to so many amenities (shops, restaurants, coffee shops). It was nice being very close to Broadway and we got groceries and didn't have to travel far to get them home. The unit itself is very nice, updated and spacious. The rooms upstairs got a bit warm but nothing a fan couldn't fix. There was a lots of room for everyone to hang out and made a great place to stay for our group!

The location of this condo is very convenient to the Light Rail (from airport, to downtown, etc), restaurants, shopping and parks. Parking is very difficult (both for this rental and in Seattle in general), so if you can do without a car, that would be definitely preferable. Uber was a convenient alternative.
Living area is very comfortable. The kitchen is great-- very large and has most items needed. Could use more dishes so you don't have to run the dishwasher after every meal (only 4 bowls, but plenty of coffee mugs).
Although description states sleeps 8, that includes 2 on a couch and 1 (or 2) on an inflatable mattress (which didn't seem to hold), so I think this would be best for 4 to 6 people. Kitchen has only 4 stools for the counter, so meals with 8 are not possible.
The photo online suggests a grand piano, but it is actually a mini-grand, with electric keyboard inside. It was nice to have for the musicians in our family.
Owner was readily available and very responsive to all questions we had.
Overall the condo was clean, but rugs were very stained.
I would recommend this property to friends and family.

This review is a little late... I stayed here in early May for my bday weekend with friends from San Diego. You can easily take the train direct from the airport. There is a station very close to this location. We however, had rented a car because we did some hiking just outside the city. It's an hour to Wallace Falls by car which was an amazing hike with several beautiful waterfalls. We were able to walk out the door and explore all over Capitol Hill with all it's coffee shops and eateries. We used the train to get downtown. The home is cozy as the title says. It was very clean and well maintained. The street is very beautiful (in spring the flowers and trees are stunning). We walked one evening to Cascina Spinasse - must try this Italian restaurant.

The property was just as described. Modern features, great light and so convenient to shoos and restaurants. We had an amazing time!

Peter the owner was very efficient and patient in responding to my questions (it was my first time using vrbo so I had lots of questions). Although his photos are nice, his property looks better in person. He has upgraded a few pieces of furniture and the layout is more spacious than what is shown in the photos. The description of the layout, location and amenities are accurate. The property is clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. In fact, we are already looking into dates to stay there again in September. Thanks again for your hospitality, Peter!
