Swimming pool is good with great views from the infinity pool. Towels on hand and good. Not at all busy. In fact the towel borrowing book showed no more than 2 people on average daily used it.

The place is very clean and has some good touches like bathrobes. But there was not a single picture on the walls, nor even a change to the drab same colour of all the walls. The sun terrace had several good loungers but none of the usual plants - nothing. We thought of it as like a prison - but in this enlightened age there would be much better, planned surroundings in a prison. Breakfast was terrible for a resort of this price and standing. There was no muesli. The only fruit was watermelon. But they did have almond milk to go with the meagre cornflakes. The chef was great and did dig up some papaya and mango for us on the second and third days of our stay.

Leo on the front desk spoke good English and was very helpful Breakfast was good but a little limited in choice. Serving staff were very attentive.

The location of the hotel is in a run down area but, once inside the hotel you're excluded from the noise and pollution The beach nearby is mostly inaccessible and not at all welcoming.

VERY NOISY PLUMBING FROM OTHER ROOMS NEVER AGAIN

Location was great - right in the centre of Hua Hin and a 5-10 minute walk from the beach. Great roof top swimming pool, good parking. Cleaning was superb and the room was a good size. It was really good for the price!

Only gripe was the school next door can be a little noisey in the morning (post 0730/0800) for a short period as the kids arrive. Once they settle in class it then is quiet again!! But, this is a great wake up call to get out of bed and go explore the wonders of Thailand!

Nice spot, lovely roof top for sunning and pool for cooling. Was a very convenient location close to some good restaurants and the Night Market. Room was nice with blackout curtains. Nice bathroom and amenities.

Breakfast wast just ok, not much choice if you weren’t into asian breakfasts. Boiled eggs were slways half raw, but the scrambled were fine. Would have eaten at the restaurant if it was open, but it wasn’t. No complaints otherwise.

The location of the hotel is wonderful and the pool is just gorgeous. The room is comfortable with a big bathroom.

When I booked, I paid extra to have a superior room in a corner, thinking I would have a bigger room with lots of window. It is not worth paying the extra, it's only a corner room, same size as all the others and the corner window is minuscule....

Breakfast very basic, not much variation or choice. Pool and roof top area disappointing. Further from the beach than photo's suggest.
