Very good view and overall clean.

We only had one problem with the staff mixing up our check out date and being a bit rude about it.

The location is very good, great balcony (room 15) and apartment was nice and clean… Micheal at the reception is very friendly and I love his Green car! Overall I would recommend this place for a short stay / somewhere just to crash mainly again because of its good location and price…

The wall’s have no sound proofing, bed wasn’t the best and to maybe have just a cheap kettle and two mugs would be a nice touch for a tea/coffee in the morning… But for the price I paid everything was ok…

cleanliness, comfy bed

Personnel was ignorant, didn't care about guests' comfort and needs. I arrived ahead of check-in time (14.00), asking the courtesy of being letting in earlier. It was bad stormy weather outside, I couldn't go out. They said just: "No". Okay, I just waited in the lounge until 13.45. I said: maybe now, any chance?? "No". At 14.00 I said: now it's the time. He said "No. Your room is not ready". C'mon, it took them the entire morning to clean that one room, knowing that I am waiting in the lounge?? And still at the due time it was not ready! I spent all my morning in that lounge and was only let in at 14.20, which I find unacceptable. So I lost my day, my mood, my patience ad my money. I personally do not advise the place since the customer care is the thing they've never heard about. The room was very loud because it faces the main street with 24h vivid traffic, unreal to sleep at night.

The room is in an excellent location. A few minutes from the center and a few minutes from bus stop number 4. Great value for the money.
