Helpful staff, nice and big hotel, very nice for families. Reception staff deserve a gold star : helped us with last-minute booking, and we received complimentary room upgrade. Hotel looks better than in pictures. Many bars and snack bars, a lot of options for food. Spa and massage is a must. Enough to entertain whole family during the day. Would still recommend this hotel, but when its warmer.

Same things at restaurant over 6 days' stay. No heated pool, especially for kids. Low quality alcohol that taste weird : sore throat. Not much to do after diner except games room and drinks at bars, but i guess it was too cold outside for any night time entertainment (1st week of May). There is a vip bar, and a coctail bar, but the alcohol type is still the same : low quality.

The water park is excellent, excellent facilities, many attractions for children Activity most of the day full of blessings

The food is simply not up to the standard of the hotel. I am my wife and my grandson got diarrhea when I got to the clinic instead of treating me they asked for insurance---I can sink the hotel And the hotel takes care of its money. I was not injured, I got stomach poisoning from the food and the poor level of cleanliness The maid in the room did not clean the room at all dirt and stains remained until my wife called the reception to complain And even though on the first day she received a tip from me after the complaint she cleaned the room. The facilities at the hotel are very nice for children and the lifeguards are also well behaved and respectful even more than the horrible reception staff

When booking through Booking, I asked for a room with a connecting door since I have small children. I mentioned that under no circumstances can my daughter sleep alone because she is very afraid And when we arrived at the hotel after a long day, they gave us two rooms without a connecting door.(The children also got a room that had pee on the floor and smelled of pee) We went back down to reception and asked for a room with a connecting door, they told us there was none and moved us to a small family room with a sofa for children Until 12 at night we waited for someone to come open the sofa and turn it into a bed, the children were already very tired Only the next day they moved us to a room again after we begged them Then they gave us a good room in a better area At the time of booking I also asked for a late checkout because our flight was at night and they didn't give us that either The reception staff are very unsympathetic and neither is the receptionist who was not ready to say her name You should be ashamed of her attitude towards guests After paying so much and not enjoying two whole days and also on the last day they let us suffer and leave the hotel early to be outside with 3 children in terrible heat. In addition, the hotel is considered to be all-inclusive, but as soon as you arrive, they send a message about what is not included in the hotel and everything that is not included and has to be paid, they charge the tourists 4 times the normal prices Trying to get money out of them for everything possible The photographers in general want 550 euros for photos and are not willing to compromise, a spa is very, very expensive, a store in the hotel, the prices are crazy All to take more money Not worth the money

We stayed at Granada luxury for 9 days. We had 3 rooms for 6 persons and we booked it thorough booking.com. According to our contract our payment option was as pay as property and the amount of invoice was in Euros. We paid by card while we arrived and did check in, and as the amount of our invoice was in Euros I thought that the currency of our payment would be in euros. 120€ has been deducted as a exchange fee (transaction fee) from my account by my bank. After sending multiple email to Granada staff, I found that that the Hotel used their turkish lira account ( card reader) for the payment that’s why exchange fee has been deducted from my account by my bank. in addition, we upgraded our room due to messy and smelly condition of our room which we Generally, it is not a good value for money at all. The hotel is crowded and noisy. It is not a good place for those who are seeking for a relaxing and calm place since it is noisy. The standard room was smelly and noisy, the smoking smell surrounded in the room and it was disgusting. Do not recommend it at all.
