Stunning property, breathtaking position right on the beach, pristine beach, perfect location and a five minute stroll to a delightful cafe. Perfection! Magical experience. :)

Nice place with all the amenities-plenty of space, three beds, laudry, nice kitchen. And all on one of the nicest beaches I've been to. Our stay was too short though. Recommend staying three days or more to have enough time to enjoy it.

Boat Harbour - Beautiful, peaceful, a very special place.
Super friendly people, an amazing beach and the cleanest, clearest water you could wish for.
Seventeen Steps sits on the sand at the far end of the beach. It is the most wonderful place to watch the waves roll in, allow them to serenade you to sleep as they break on to the sand or just sit on the deck and allow the world to slip by. All in all, a sublime experience.

Lovely welcoming clean home that is right on the beach with amazing views to enjoy each meal with and the beautiful beach was perfect for family fun. Host has the house set up perfectly for families and was a pleasure stay there. We will definitely be back !

The view, the immediacy to the beach, the tasteful and well equipped renovation - it was all superb. The photographs alone cannot reveal the whole magical experience, which is simply splendid!

Absolutely fantastic. The Best Accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. Everything has been thought about. Spotlessly Clean. Quite only the sound of Waves. The Furniture and Bed was New and very comfortable. The Wifi great for all those needs. The Intelligent TV a plus.

Boat Harbour itself is very quiet. Do all your shopping needs in Wynyard 15 minutes away.
The Surf Club at Beach a mere 5 minutes walk away does great Coffee and Breakfast.

Located right on the beach with floor to ceiling widows that take in all the wonderful view. Everything you need is provided. A 5 minute walk along the beach to the coffee shop. Great relaxing holiday.

loved the fact that all the front sliding doors could be opened up to create an inside outside feel, electric blinds a plus, excellently stocked kitchen, very organised layout, and of course location right on the each brilliant. thankyou

Property is well maintained and very clean. This is the second time we have stayed there and would do so again . The only thing required is a torch/lantern for use during the rare power outage, however this is a minor point. Thank you for your assistance Arthur.

Stunning location right on the beach front, the property is just beautiful. Loved the little touches like kids toys which were a hit with our 3 yo twin girls. The beds were all really comfy, everything was super clean and immaculately presented. We will definitely be back.

My sister and I and our husbands stayed here for 3 night in March 2023. It was wonderful, great location and house was very clean and well equipped with everything you could need. Bubbly in fridge was a nice surprise. We highly recommend this property.

Such a beautiful beach house to stay in. Stunning views both day and night. So clean and comfortable with everything you would need/want. Our favourite things to do was checking out the rock pools, bean bags on the deck to watch the stars, and waking up to the most beautiful view. Thank you Arthur 😊 we will definitely come back again.

Our 3rd visit, but 1st in summer. Swam every day..this is our " happy place" it provides a much needed chance to escape the rest of the world for a while.

This place is magic, I come here year after year it is my highlight. Lay in bed and listen to waves, open the plantation doors and watch the waves roll under your bed. Very well appointed, everything you could need for a short or long stay. Breakfast on the deck overlooking the magnificent view. Then 17 steps down to the sand a hop, skip & a jump and your in the crystal clear waters.
