Fantastic location for visiting the Formula 1 race, less that 10 minutes walk from villa to the South Grandstand and even closer to Red Sea mall. Large villa with big lounge, kitchen and dining area. Master bedroom big but other rooms much smaller. Able to park car directly outside the villa. Man on reception was friendly and did his best to help us. I don't speak Arabic, so communication was difficult,but that is down to me.

Villa wasn't fully prepared on arrival and only given very small towels, boxes of tissues and soap. Property needs some restoration especially the kitchen, which had limited utensils and cooking gear, damaged work tops etc Struggled to get main TV working, but eventually succeeded,but no TVs upstairs worked.

Location only.

The villa is not clean. Sofas and beds are old, dirty, smelly and have bugs. One of my children left the villa with a swollen eye because of a bug bite. In addition to all these, the check in and check out time information on their website is false and misleading. It is said that the check in time is 11 am and when I arrived they told me that the check in time is 4 pm and after a big struggle with them I was able to check in at around 2 pm. There was no electronic payment machine at the property on my arrival. Since I had no cash to pay at that time, I asked the reception guy to find a solution for me to pay them the rent money, he told me that it is my own problem and I have to deal with it myself! TV is broken and not working. Dryer is not working and we had to dry our clothes under the sun. Wifi is very slow and in most time not working. This property is one of the worst experiences ever.
