Apartment is very spacious (2 beds and 2 baths!), with parking space and close to a huge supermarket where you can get supplies to fill your fridge and cook. Location worked for us - as we were filming at Pulpi Geode (a short drive away, highly recommend the visit). Everything was going super well (the process of getting the keys was smooth, Carlos messaged me via whatsapp as soon as I booked to put himself available and on the day of my arrival to arrange the timing). But then the power went down.

There was definitely something wrong with the apartment's circuit breaker - but Carlos guided us via phone to reconnect it. Unfortunately, the A/C did not came back and we almost froze to death in our first night (we couldn't find any blankets in the whole apartment). The next day the power kept coming down even when there was nothing plugged in (just the fridge). At first Carlos offered to move us to another apartment but then his brother and business partner started to suggest that we were the ones making the power go down because of our camera batteries. It was quite rude and obviously we had nothing to do with it. If you don't expect tourists to have cameras, cellphones and laptops, you're in the wrong business... In the end, they let us move to a next door apartment where everything was working but this whole incident kind of ruined our stay.

Location was excellent. The receptionists were all so helpful.

Hard to find the parking garage so the receptionist actually came out and showed us where to park and gave us detailed instructions on driving into the tiny city streets.

The property is in an excellent location, only just back from the sea, and within easy reach of the town. The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the apartment block as a whole appeared to be cleaned and maintained regularly. Excellent value for money - really hard to find fault!

The kitchen was a little small, though perfectly manageable. We weren´t there to cook!

Spacious, clean appartment. Pleasantly decorated with adequate and comfortable furniture. Well equipped kitchen. Friendly and very helpful owners. Secure garage parking place is included but we found it more convenient to park in a quiet road just outside the appartment block which was overlooked from our balcony.

Some distance (1.6 km) from the town centre. View from balcony uninspiring - disused railway line. Minor complaint, probably an oversight: there were no tumblers or cups - only wine glasses.

Great, clean apartment. Friendly hosts- messaged us before our arrival, met at the location, gave tour of the apartment. Great location- very close to the beach.

The bed was very comfortable. The flat was spotlessly clean. The building was about 100 metres from the beach. Hot water always available, with excellent pressure. So quiet there because of the noise insulation.

A bit short on kitchen utensils such as bread knife. I wasn't able to master controlling the aircon (which was too cold for me); also the bedroom fan which I prefer to use rather than aircon. Workman noise from other blocks of flats although, I know, this is unavoidable.

From booking to leaving the experience was excellent, the apartment is well equipped and furnished, the bed was one of the best, we really felt we were home from home. Carlos, the owner responded to all our emails promptly and sent directions and key collection details which all went smoothly. The key holder, Jose Antonio met us at the building and guided us to our parking bay in the under garage and showed us into the apartment which was immaculate and pleasantly furnished with a very comfortable layout. He also was very informative about places to go and recommended good restaurants (he also offered to contact some of the places for us). The location is also perfect for visiting the front and town centre where all the bars and restaurants are, once at the apartment you need not use you car until you leave. All in all 10/10. Lovely apartment secure underground parking, great location easy walk to town centre and most of Aguilas’s restaurants cafes etc we drove from air port but it’s perfect if you don’t drive the bus & train station are just across the road ( the Interbus from the airport stops there) Great communication from the owner and his relation who meet us at the apartment Lovely air con/heating I found the bed comfy but my wife didn’t!! (Horses for courses)

Spoke I should say the bed , but my 1/2 was fine!! Could do with a full size kettle (but that is nit picking) a small travel kettle supplied which only just filled 2 mugs & took forever
