The place is very nice, we were comfortable during our stay. It has everything you need for cooking and to have a pleasant stay.

After we arrived at the property we realised that the check-in was back in the town so we had to drive back, definitely not the best experience after driving for a full day. We stayed for 3 nights at the property and it only had 2 toilet paper rolls. When I contacted the staff they said that they only provide 2 per stay.

Clean, new building, high standard

The location is a winter destination, not so much to do in the closest area during the summer. No problem of you have a car.

it was really dirrty! beds were with huge stains with different colours… kitchen was dirrty, bedrooms were dirrty.. the cleaning woman came irritated that she has to clean, but she just put the bedaheets and did not clean anything additionally.. very poor communication with the owners. the appartment in reality looks old and not looked after. it was dirrty even outside! the empty bottles were just laying next to the appartment. very disappointing.

The view was outstanding, the communication just perfect. The apartment has everything you may need, beds are comfortable.

Not clean off snow the roads and property. Directions to property very, very bad.

Good standart both inside and outside, nice view, cozy living room.

Shower hose was broken - leaking water strongly. Terrace full of snow - had to clean old snow for 30 min to get access to terrace.

The localisation is nice. Very big advantage was that there were speakers inside. In most of the hotels You dont have speakers to listen to Your music. House isquite modern. Kitchen is fully equiped. No problems with the host.

There was no wardrobe or space to put Your luggage inside. House was very small. The living room was cluttered with unnecessary furniture and items. There was also a bit dusty.

The never ending chain of automated messages via e-mail before, during and after our stay. An enormous focus on house rules and how you will be punished. The welcome guide, is not a welcome guide. It's pages full of rules, rules and other rules. And the endless warnings that you will be charged for not following them. Not something you feel welcomed by. We had the complete opposite experience with our 5 other venues in Norway, where guests were welcomed more in an "enjoy-your-stay" atmosphere, rather than this "threatening" approach.

Very easy by using door code - in principal no need to meet anyone to show us the place. Good house manual and signs to make us aware of the most important things. Mountain view and all in all a great place to relax.

We selected to clean after ourselves, and then a deposit was required - however that was not handled by Booking.com, so we had to visit Visit Stranda to authorize credit card for this reservation. Not a big problem since they were open late in evening - but perhaps that could have been more automatic. Would also have been good if they told us that Google will not guide us correctly to address, as a new road is used for access is still not on the Google map).

Place is beautiful and brand new. Very specious and comfortable. Excellent for families or group of friends ☺️

It was not showing that you need to bring sheets and towels at the time of booking.

Was very cold in side. Electric oven not work. On sofa was water it was wet. Outside was not clean stairs. On stairs was ice.
