My wife broke her arm falling over a dangerous a dwarf wall round the shower, the hotel showed little sympathy and offered no compensation. We had to cut short our stay in the Caribean and lost around €5,000. Booking.com gave us a $15 refund which added insult to injury.

All the showers were dangerous, the beds small and uncomfortable and future guests should consider carefully whether they want to book this hotel.

Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Hotel was right in the beach, just a short walk to both the water as well as restaurants. Breakfast was eggs, bread, juice, coffee, and a fresh fruit - simple but fresh and nicely presented.

The ocean view was out the sliding door of my ground floor room, though the perimeter fence, through quite a few trees. Yes, I could see a tiny bit of water, but saying it was an ocean view was a stretch - would not pay extra for that in future. Not quiet: the toilet ran all night, and I could hear the people upstairs, each time they opened a door, dropped something or moved something.

Es desayuno bueno pero para un dia o no tiene ninguna variedad para nosotros que fuimos 11 dias comer huevo frdoito, huevo revulto, omelet todos los dia no estubo bueno podrian cambiar el menu por lo menos para las personas que se quedan tanto tiempo.

The room was clean and the view from the balcony was great.

The description of the room on booking was false! It was clearly stated that the luxury suite was two rooms, but we was given just an ordinary rather small dubbel room and no hairdryer, no minifridge. According to the staff there exists no suites with an extra room. The breakfast serving started much later than promised and was a plate with limited choices (eggs).

instalaciones muy viejas. no es un hotel es una posada vieja. estaba limpio pero la zona situado y las instalaciones regulares. para hacer parada justa para el aeropuerto q esta a 15min taxi pero poco mas. exigen propina.

La plage magnifique devant la terrasse de l’établissement qui permet de laisser les affaires dans l’enceinte surveillée et de se baigner tranquillement

Annonce du petit déjeuné inclus dans le prix à partir de 8h nous confirmons le prendre dès 8h car nous devons partir tôt. Finalement nous serons servit à 8h45 en insistant un peu donc manque de ponctualité

Food was ok nothing great, had 2 meals breakfast was good but very little,and dinner was over cooked fish and chicken.

Room had no remote for tv , after cleaning room put not bathroom tissue, they do not provide wash cloths only a towel,location was good far as beach area,

Night guard/attendant questioned asked if my fiancée was with me suggesting she was a “call girl” so of course I found it to be disrespectful. Other than that the hotel and rest of the staff were exceptional.

Friendly staff, clean room and good location

Room was very basic.

Staff was excellent at providing accommodation. They were attentive, helpful, respectful. They were always willing to help me with added services I needed.

No telephone in the room. Plumbing outdated. Water pressure was very low. No sitting chair in the room. Curtains were dirty.

THE LOCATION IS PERFECT.. VERY CLEAN AND QUITE..

It was very close to thé Beach , and had a bar on the common areas.

When we checked in they said nothing about our service dog and after being there for 4 hours enjoying the beautiful beach and the tiki bar they told us to leave because of the service dog. That is was my problem not there problem!!!

Staff were very friendly and accommodating with regard to special needs. Exceptionally clean. Breakfast is basic but very tasty and nutritious.

No complementary drinking water. No mini-fridge in the room.
