朝早くから、他の部屋のドアの開閉が響いてうるさかった

Booked two stays for our flight departing narita, staff speaks English and helped us book a taxi early morning around 6am since the shuttle bus starts at a certain time.

The property was cozy and good for our needs. It was a bit far from Tokyo but near enough to Narita Airport.

I loved that the Hotel provided free transportation to the hotel. The hotel is in the main city location. And the room was very clean and the staff gave so many free toiletries as well.

The size of the room should have been a little bigger

Good hotel for a night before or after a flight to Narita. The hotel fullfills everything you need for such a stay. Close 5 minute walk from the metro station, from which you need to go one stop to Narita airport. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus during the day to the airport, starting at 6.30 am. First metro train startet around 5 am, so we chose this option. An extremely helpful and friendly staff at reception showed us everything and explained us very well how to reach the airport on time! All in all, I would stay at this hotel again, in case we have an early or late flight in Narita.

So near from Keisei Narita Station. Very good value when you want to catch morning flight to Narita Airport and using train to the airport. Just 5mins walk from hotel to station and 6 mins from station to airport.

The room is too small, and I didn't get any free shuttle since it's already full, even though I've already noted in reservation note.

Pillows are weird. Mattress is un-even, not comfy for couples.
