Un poco antiguas las puertas, pero está muy bien de relación calidad-Precios

La ubicación y comodidad de las camas.

El desayuno buffet, que era muy escaso y los productos malos, encima cuando tuve que pedir ayuda al personal de recepción porque en el comedor no había nadie, parece que les molestó tener que ir a la cocina a buscar ayuda.

The room had a musty smell on day one which we put down to humidity. We slept with the window open which seemed to help a little. After a full day out on day two, we returned to a foul, disgusting smell throughout the whole room. On notifying reception, all they did was spray air freshener which really did not work at all. On sending a complaint, the hotel refused a refund saying they did everything in their power. Appalling customer service and an unpleasant stay.

We are two cyclists on a ride from Cadiz to San Sebastian. Our needs are simple we seek a clean bed and a hot shower – the hotel provided both Reception was welcoming and helpful - the hotel is in need of refurbishment - it works well at this price point and is away from the old town center

Good hotel, quite close to the centre. Good sized room with a comfortable bed. Good breakfast.
