beach, gardens and overall location family connecting room very good (but not on 5 th floor avoid that)

I booked this hotel for my parents so first night upon arrival they were given a lower class room than booked, room it was attic room under roof and my elderly father hit his head when going to bed because of the low roof over his bed which he did not see in dark. When I called reception they asked me why did not tell my parents express their dislike for room immediately and that is unacceptable because it wasn’t the type of room i paid for so I to to complain in written form to be upgraded so first day was very disappointing. I also asked for price difference for first night to be calculated and subtracted because room was of lower class but not really sure if they did that. Food is good but not the best quality especially fish is low quality cheap fish. During 12 nights stay kitchen had grilled fish and meat only 3 times. French juice is charged 1 eur Fruits very low quality, no seasonal fruits like cherries etc.. My father got flu during last two days and whe he went to medical room and asked for doctor to check him they said it will cost 100 eur . Thats a total rip off, such check ups cost 20 eur in other hotels.

Holiday spoilt by the hotel being taken over by what looked like a football tournament with youths swamping the buffet and the lounge otherwise on another occasion without the footballers it would have been nice.also nowhere to walk to outside the hotel I think the other side star hotel nearer side would have been a better choice a shame really because the management team worked hard to run the hotel

The food staff cleanliness were amazing …all facilities too & gave us all an amazing New Year Eve 🎉🥂
