Ease of access to main roads restaurants and highway
Smelled like marijuana on both trips to location.
Customer service was iffy

The IHOP close by.
The hot breakfast is next to nothing. And they never restocked anything. They only have one vending machine. And I carry more in my purse. And they should put diabetic friendly options as well.

The clerk was friendly; however, after checking in (less than 5 minutes later) we returned to the clerk to describe the filthiness in the room and ask for a refund he referred us to the manager (Vanessa) who accepted our call but informed us that she had to discuss it with the owner and have them call us. It’s been nearly a week and no refund and no call.
I understand that “things happen “ and it is difficult for upper management to micromanage the cleanliness of its facilities without going behind them in every way so there has to be a certain level of accountability and trust between the housekeepers and the managers; however, when an employee does not do their job and leaves a room in a disgustingly unclean state the management should reconcile with their customers and make it right. These managers and owners did not. Shame. The franchise should investigate before they have their name drug through the mud.

Location good. Breakfast ok
The tv wouldn’t come on. There was only one staff person working and he was busy at the front desk. Finally he came up and got it on. The remote was taped with scotch tape.
There were hardly any channels available to watch. I didn’t like the surprise $200.00 incidentals fee that I had to pay. That was not mentioned when I booked the room. I had to use my debt card so I won’t get it back for 7 days.

The bathroom in the hallway was out of order. So if someone was using the room bath, there was no where else to go. Both ice machines were broken so no ice to be had

Front desk lady had me waiting for 45 while she hold conservation about something other than work. And I was told I'll get my deposit back after they look at the room and never did.

Everything. Waited at the front desk for over 30 minutes for someone to sign us in. Then one room was dirty, the beds were unmade. And the other room, there was no lighting. We did not stay. We are waiting for our money to be refunded

I liked the convience of the location because it was close to the place of the business I was there to attend.
The rooms were not very clean. The shower didn't have a soap dish to put the soap on.

The hotel was one of the nastiest places I’ve ever stayed. Nothing like the pictures online. Sheets were stained a bar of soap was in the shower and the room smelled moldy

It was close to our event and close to a good breakfast dinner.
Room was musty, bathroom had a mildew smell and the toilet wouldn't flush properly. The carpet had large stains and looked dirty. Only one waste basket and it was next to the toilet. The bed covers were extremely thin and didn't provide much cover/comfort.

I had to room they gave me a key to check into 321. I went in there someone was in there so they gave me 311 about 1230 someone busting  into my room while we were asleep, I wanted to sleep in my car. I was there for my son’s graduation. That was the worst stay ever

I would say the woman working front counter got bombarded with ppl and she work at a great speed answering ppls question very professionally. Very proud of how she handled everything

Thought I liked the price until you see what you receive in return.
Mold, mildew . Towel rack falling off wall. TV did not work. Rattling a/c . Room was not cleaned properly . Bandaid on floor. Previous person sock end of bed.
The front desk clerk was never at the station constant wait over 5 minutes for them to show up.

$100 deposit that your not told about till check in. should all just be online when you pay, dirty all over. Food all over the elevator, employees didn’t care about there jobs and talked bad about other staff members. room window was wide open when I checked in at 6pm
