Gorgeous place and the hosts are the best!

I can't say enough about what an amazing space this is! Everywhere you look there is something beautiful, quirky or engaging. The beach was lovely even though it was cold. The hostess made me feel like I was coming home to a beloved place, like I was family. It was exactly what I needed.

My mom and two sister and I stayed at Marcy’s place this last weekend. We stumbled upon her listing and knew it would be the perfect place for us to celebrate my Dad’s first birthday without him. It was the perfect cottage. Perfect location. Perfect view and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay! It took us away from reality and gave us the togetherness we were hoping for. Marcy keeps her place immaculate and she has an incredible eye for decor. Not only that but she was beyond accommodating to our needs and went out of her way to make things happen for us. Thank you Marcy for the perfect weekend! We will absolutely be back! ♥️

A beautiful property! We enjoyed every minute. Everything you need is there! Nicely stocked kitchen. Great music collection. Just the right music to accompany the magical fairy lights dancing outside the patio doors. An electric fireplace not only adds a great ambiance, but keeps you toasty. Cozy robes. Warm fuzzy blankets. So nice! The sunrises were incredible! Worth waking up early on a cold winter morning. Just a wonderful experience!

My husband and I booked Marcy's property as a last minute getaway, and we had such a cozy, lovely long weekend stay. We spent the mornings walking on the wintry beach - aka the backyard - the afternoons lounging in comfy bathrobes that had been set out for us, and the evenings eating takeout watching a movie, toasty on the couch from the potent gas fireplace. Wish we could've stayed longer to see the sun come out, but we will be back! The guest house was clean, tidy, private, and included all the necessaries (towels, napkins, utensils, salt/pepper, kettle, coffee maker, blankets, hairdryer, first aid kit, etc.). It was a perfect, cozy stay. Bonus: Sheboygan has lots of dining options and great food!!

We spent four nights at the Seagull Beach Guest House in February and thouroughly enjoyed the beautiful accomodations and direct access to the beach for long walks and the constant "white noise" of the Lake Michigan surf. The host are friendly and welcoming. They obviously enjoy sharing their little piece of paradise with their guest. We look forward to return duirng the summer months for what we're certain will be a very different beach experience! From the house you can walk on the beach about 1-3/4 miles to State Park where there are more trails to enjoy on the dunes. There's also a very nice local restaurant within walking distance of the home. Sheboygan is a nice city to be a tourist with plentiful local restaurants to visit. The cottage is very comfortable and nicely appointed with a gas fireplace/stove in the family room and a spectacular view of Lake Michigan (facing east, you get to watch sun & moon rises over the water). We'll be back!

Our daughter purchased us a weekend at the Seagull Beach Guest House and we had a WONDERFUL time. The hosts were fantastic, from beginning to end! They even made us a delicious dinner because they knew we had a challenging drive due to a winter storm. The weekend was perfect--naps, long walks on the beach, a Packer game at the restaurant right down the street! We couldn't have asked for a better weekend. THANK YOU! We will be back.

This place, along with the hosts, simply amazing. We showed up after driving in a blizzard only to we welcomed with open arms, a hot gas fireplace and. Bottle of wine. The sunrise the following morning was breathtaking. Viewing from the massive double sliding doors. We highly recommend this place for your stay. Plenty to do and welcoming hosts.

House was clean, well stocked and service was great, we were there during a winter storm and they let us park in the garage which was very nice. During your stay try to complete the “octopus wooden puzzle”

Loved our return to Marcy‘s cottage on the lake! Hospitality was beyond expectations. Charming little touches all throughout the house. Beautiful views inside and out. Can’t wait to get back!

My husband and I had such a relaxing time at Seagull Beach! We loved watching the sunrise from the living room every morning while enjoying our coffee & the beautiful full moon in the evening! We found everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our meals. Afterwards we couldn't wait to take a walk on the beach which was only a few steps away. We found the beds to be very comfortable and it was so nice having a comfy robe available to wear. I could go on and on about all the extra little details that went into our stay to make it special from the bottle of wine waiting for us to the twinkling lights in the trees. Everything about Seagull Beach will stay with us and we look forward to returning again.

We’ve returned to this cozy slice of heaven, and will again. Beautiful location, quaint cottage on the lake. The owners are amazing and provide a comfortable, sweet, quiet retreat!

The property was perfect,the leaves were changing,the views of the lake were outstanding! Marcy was a very gracious host,she has everything you need in the cottage. Highly recommend this property!

We’ve stayed at a number of VRBOs and this was by far the best. Best hosts, best property which included the lake and the woods, the cottage was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. The wine, cheese and coffee were special surprises!

We were warmly greeted by our hosts who suggested we rise early the next morning to enjoy the sunrise… and they were right!! What a treat. Absolutely beautiful. Accommodations were extremely comfortable. A very large living room and bedroom with 2 queen beds. We ordered a take-out dinner from the restaurant down the street and enjoyed it on our deck overlooking the lake. A fire pit, beautifully set for us on the deck made our night a slice of heaven. Can’t wait to return. Thank you, Marcy & Vito!

It was all I wanted and more. Beautiful apartment with every detail thought of, and most anything you might need provided. Wonderful location and view. Fabulous hosts and an added bonus of very friendly dogs next door. I could have stayed there for months.

We had an amazing time at the Seagull Beach House! The hosts were amazing, and we had fun kayaking and playing in the water. I would definitely come again!

This was in our top two of best and most impressive places we have ever stayed in. Beautiful,artistic, charming, and comfortable. There was no stone left unturned. Everything worked well. The view of the lake was spectacular. It was quiet, peaceful, and with a number of wild animals to observe. Mother fox and cubs in the distance on the shore, deer in front in the evening, eagles in the morning and night. Such a special time! We loved it, and will return. marcy was a perfect hostess and resource. She added special treats for us to enjoy. So fun!

Lovely property, walking on the beach we saw foxes, pelicans migrating, beautiful sunrises and greeted by her friendly dogs. This is my 4th time coming here, and the place is as nice as the first time. Marcy is a wonderful host and I hope to be back next year to celebrate my birthday again.

What a find! Seagull Beach guest house is a gem. The private beach is amazing. There are chairs provided on the beach. The lower deck with the firepit is a gorgeous place to spend evenings. Firewood, lighter fluid, and a lighter are all provided and easily accessible. Garbage and recycling bins were easily accessible, as well, and 2 bikes were provided for us. The upper deck attached to the house was clean as a whistle, no cobwebs or leaves, table and chairs were spotless. The cottage itself is so cozy and quaint. The multiple stained glass windows are exquisite. The kitchen is not lacking in cooking supplies, which was a huge plus. A bottle of wine, Pine River Dairy cheese, and a can of cinnamon rolls were waiting for us in the fridge. The gas grill, though we didn't get the chance to use it, was also a plus. The sheets on the bed we slept in were so soft and comfortable. The mattress was very comfy, as well. Marcy was a very inviting and considerate host. She greeted us when we arrived and briefly showed us the property, and before we left, she gave us a parting gift. Her husband was very kind as well. We had pleasant conversation with him. And the dogs, Pirate and Gypsy, were so sweet! Marcy asked us if we were scared of dogs before she let them out of her house to meet us. I appreciated that consideration. If you're thinking of staying here, do it. We didn't regret it one bit and we hope to revisit again next summer.

The place was immaculate, the decorating was amazing, several surprises that made you smile. Great views from the balcony, and also from the easy access lake deck. A beautiful long beach to walk. The host and hostess we’re friendly and helpful. We definitely plan on staying again.

We stayed at this location for a weekend for our babymoon, and I cannot say enough good things! We absolutely adored our stay! The owner Marcy is so sweet and thoughtful, meeting her felt like meeting an old friend. She was very attentive, made sure we had everything we needed and let us pet her beautiful pups! She made us feel welcome and comfortable but still gave us plenty of privacy. The house is beautifully decorated and feels so safe and private! We loved how close we were to the beach, literal steps away, and being able to open the balcony doors and see the waves was such a delight. We didn't want to leave! So perfect for a couple or small families. We will definitely be coming back! I would give a hundred stars if I could! <3

Marcy and her family were AMAZING. They make you feel right at home. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, you get the sunrise on the lake and the quietness of the surrounding forest. I cannot wait to go back.

Absolutely the most relaxing week ever. The hosts are the best! The cottage was immaculate and comfortable with anything you could possibly need.

This was a repeat stay that I couldn’t wait to happen again. There is no better VRBO! Everything was perfect and we relaxed and enjoyed ourselves.
