Great property, really enjoyed our stay. Even though it is off of a main road, it's easy to get in and out if and it's close to grocery stores and restaurants.

I have nothing bad to say about this property. The house is roomy, clean, and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to find everything needed in the kitchen other than the a trip to the grocery store for food and so well organized. Coffee and filters among other spices and dry ingredients were stocked in the cabinets. There was even washer detergent and dryer sheets in the laundry room. We were in town for the Patriot barrel race and it was only about a 20 minute drive out to Horsemans Park. I would most definitely book this house again!

We enjoyed being close to the city and being able to escape the hustle bustle of the Vegas Strip.

The house was exactly as I had hoped. We needed a place that could be a comfortable headquarters as we prepared and participated in our daughters wedding. It seems that the house is actually designed for short-term rentals with a very functional floor plan. The back yard was perfect for our dogs and comfortable for relaxing. Although it is not a great neighborhood, we never felt uncomfortable. Overall, the house met our needs perfectly.

This home was chosen because of the closeness and distance from the strip. We all came from out of state to attend my goddaughter’s wedding. We were initially concerned because it was on a major street but when we arrived in the home, we were happily surprised! The home amenities made us feel so welcome as if we were at our own homes. The instruction binder was extremely helpful. The owner was available but not overbearing. If I had one complaint, it would be that I wished there was a television in every room. (That’s just a “me” thing ☺️ I like to fall asleep watching the TV). I would definitely recommend this home!

I was there with my daughters celebrating her 21st birthday. This house was perfect to come back to from a long day of sightseeing with her and just relaxing and enjoying the pool.

Normally I stay on the strip but I really enjoyed this house.. spacious,clean… loves the pool we cleaned it when we got there wind had made it a little dirty…other than that no problems at all

The house was VERY clean and the floor plan suited our family. It’s on a busy street but once you are inside it is really a moot point. Most time is spent on the big comfy sectional watching the TV ir hanging out around the very large heated pool. All the grocery stores are close by and the location is convenient.

The house location is perfect and the check in process was smooth and easy. The house has all the amenities required and the pool was clean and perfect. Every single room was clean and everyone in my family enjoyed. There was even a small basketball net in the pool, my teenagers enjoyed (along with the 4k TVs)… thanks!!!

This was a perfect vacation for our family. We loved the size of the house and the layout. The pool was perfect and the kids played in it the whole stay. Very clean and in very good condition. Cant wait for our next stay

Perfect spot for enjoying a house in Las Vegas! The pool was excellent and the house had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves comfortably! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing house and it was really clean! Our group loved it! The property was conveniently located off strip and easy to find. If you need a house to relax from everything going on in Vegas, look no further!

We loved the pool and outdoor area. The house was very clean and all the cabinets and switches are labeled so things are easy to find. The beds were comfortable, tv was easy to navigate and the kitchen had all the appliances and gadgets we needed. Lovely house. We would definitely stay again.

Right before we checked in, we were informed that the previous guest smoked in the house. We asked for an alternative booking due to sensitivity with one of our guests but we’re informed it wasn’t an option. Beds, towels and hangers all smelled like smoke. Additionally, the home’s mattresses are worn out and sink in the middle. Water pressure is poor when taking a shower but water gets hot without issue. The pool was ice cold. Unbearable to get in. Hurt your feet 10 seconds after you put them in so we did ‘ice’ our feet after walking the strip. Our booking was in the window of the ‘solar’ heated pool and we were excited to relax. Couldn’t do it. Lastly, we found a cockroach in a closet. Real bummer. The couch was incredibly comfortable and the home heated right up when needed. Nice outlets and fans in the rooms.

Loved the home and pool! To cold in February for swim, but next time. Need a Crock Pot and bleach. That's it. Thanks for the stay.

This was the perfect location and setup for us. Very clean, great layout and decor. Pet friendly was a big plus for us, our dogs loved the extra large yard. We'll book here again for sure!
