Great location! Walking to old town within minutes. We were able to park our car in site. Our dog was welcome. The outside seating area is so nice and shady! Washer works great, too! Check in and out was easy and convenient!

This apartment was beautiful, cool, clean. Nikolina was very responsive. She even provided laundry detergent. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Great contact with the owner, super helpful and nice, helped us out with a problem related to the flight. Also airport transfer great and even the driver collected our luggage from the apartment after we checked out and picked us up from the old town. The apartment itself is fully equipped and very comfortable. There are basic cosmetics provided, tea and coffee, towels, hairdryer etc. The TV had Netflix app ready to use. Nice terrace as well to use on a nice day. Very clean place.
All was good. We only struggled a bit on the first day on how to get to the old town but in fact it is not a far walk, about 15 minutes there and 20 minutes back (the apartment is higher than the old town). The location is on the whole rather good.

Nikolina provides everything you need for a comfortable stay.
I am a fit marathoner and a brisk walker and it would take me closer to 20/25 minutes to reach the old town compared to the advertised 10 but this was not an issue for me, though could be for someone less able.

Very clean and well appointed. Good kitchen space, nice bathroom, plenty of cupboards and haging space. Nikolina (host) very welcoming and helpful. Nice outside terrace area.
Bed is a little small. It's a little bit far out. No problem for us as we love walking but might not suit everyone.

It has all that you need for a nice holiday. It is clean, comfy and the host was very nice and helpful.
We couldn’t manage to watch at the bedroom tv , but the one in the living is just fine

Clean, modern, spacious apartment. Kitchen fully equipped. Bonus is a big garden and barbecue. Owner is super nice. Location is uphill (you can 't avoid that in Dubrovnik), 15-20 min down to old city or 10 min down to bigger supermarkets etc.

The apartment was fully equipped with all the necessities. The kitchen had everything to prepare basic dishes including salt, pepper and olive oil. Filter coffee machine was also good. Bathroom was also clean and well equipped with towels, shampoo, laundry detergent etc. Our favourite part was the backyard which has very good privacy. We enjoyed the barbecue quite a lot. Living room and bedroom were just as good as the rest of the apartment.
It would have been better to have a larger mattress.

Incredible apartment in walking distance of the old town. The host was incredibly helpful at all times and the apartment itself was in perfect conditions and fully equiped. Best quality/price relationship we have found so far.
