The location, the responsiveness

There was a roach in my room that I killed. The room had a bad odor. They quickly moved me to another room but overall the experience was very uncomfortable and I probably wouldn’t book with them again. Rooms aren’t clean.

Wish it had an overhang for hotel front door. Raining very hard and had to grab suitcases in the rain

Location is amazing and a fair breakfast

Found nails in my room, ac wasn’t working properly and the gentleman who did our check in wasn’t happy about being working Saturday night.

Very clean and upscale looking

Bed was so hard and uncomfortable, we got no sleep for 2 nights . You could feel the springs as you lay in it and so so hard . Could not believe such a nice place would have beds this bad

Great experience. The staff was nice and very helpful. The rooms were up to date, comfortable, and clean. Definitely worth a stay anytime.

the pool was dirty

Everyone was very nice and the hotel was very clean and well kept.

Parking was a little tight at night. We found space in back so we really can’t complain about it.
