Das Zimmer, modern und sauber, und das seeehr bequeme Bett; überhaupt sehr ruhig im Hotel. Das Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant war auch überraschend gut. Die Lage im Waterkant ist toll, alles zu Fuß ziemlich schnell erreichbar.
Das Ambiente im Speisesaal war ... nicht vorhanden, weder beim Frühstück oder Abendessen.

Wir hatten zimmer 502 und somit ein großes, ruhiges loft über 2 Etagen.
1 großes bad mit WC und einem separatem WC, alles sehr sauber.
Aussicht zur see Seite und zum tafel berg.
Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. freundliches Personal.
15 min minuten Fußweg zur water front.
Auswahl Frühstück könnte mehr sein, zb. lokales obst?
mehr internationale Steckdosen bzw Adapter
benötigt.

El desayuno es excelente y la gente es súper amable.
Recomiendo el restaurante para cenar, cualquier plato está delicioso.
La piscina estaba en mantenimiento y no hemos podido disfrutarla durante los 10 días que estuvimos allí. La limpieza, sobretodo en el baño, merece más atención.

Great central location, a good breakfast, comfy beds and a fab, secure underground car park - did the job for a short stay!
No proper curtains in the rooms (just net curtains) so no light was blocked out at all, bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, decor in places felt very tired (especially in the bedroom) and the staff at reception were unhelpful/rude. However, the porters, car park attendants and those who welcomed us to breakfast were absolutely delightful!

Veronica was so helpfull! But all the staff was friendly and amazing. Cuppachinos, delicious!!! I had good rest aswell!

Location and the hotel is still new with nice rooms
The rooms were a bit smelly. I had to pay seperately for parking. No water in the rooms

Clean and safe hotel. Nice staff. We had 2 rooms. Veronica managed to get them adjoining with door connecting the 2 rooms. Great buffet breakfast - lots of choices.
We chose location close to V&A waterfront. Hotel is close to restaurants, MOCAA museum, Robben Island boat departure. But we were told not to walk at night so that was unfortunate. Not hotels fault though. We took Ubers in evening (very inexpensive) and walked during the day.

there are rooms at thecstreet side which are noisy, the rooms at the pool side are much better. after one night i switched to the pool side room.

Excellent location, excellent access to V&A and the Atlantic seaboard. Very helpful friendly staff. Spacious room.

nice location, very accommodating staff, pool available
The rooms were great except the glass wall in the bathroom by the shower was a bit weird. Lack of privacy plus, if someone turns on the bathroom light at night it lights up the whole room. This was not very convenient and makes no sense to me.
