Przede wszystkim świetna lokalizacja, nieco oddalona od centrum Ustki, ale za to piękne położona w sosnowym lesie w którym poprowadzono ścieżki idealne do biegania. Do plaży bardzo blisko, ludzi na tym odcinku niewiele i można łatwo znaleźć wygodne miejsce. Mieliśmy pokój w starszej części ale był on duży, z ładnym widokiem na las. Śniadania bogate, duży wybór dań gorących i zimnych. Z obiadokolacji nie korzystaliśmy więc trudno ocenić. Basen duży, sauny bez zarzutu. Bardzo przyjazna obsługa, po przyjeździe zastaliśmy nasz pokój świeżo zdezynfekowany i ten ostry zapach był nie do przyjęcia. Uprzejmy menedżer od razu przydzielił nam apartament na tę pierwszą noc i zapewnił też inne udogodnienia. Bardzo profesjonalne podejście do klienta. Leżaki i parawany dostępne, te pierwsze w dużej ilości. Duży parking gdzie każdy znajdzie miejsce. No i wszędobylski kot Lucjan którego nie da się nie polubić !

Jak na czterogwiazdkowy hotel jest kilka rzeczy do poprawy, np. brak chusteczek w łazience (jedynie papier toaletowy), o sprzątanie czy butelki wody trzeba poprosić. Był też problem z suszarką do włosów która wyłączała się po minucie. Ekspresy do kawy w jadalni powolne no i jakość kawy też mogłaby być trochę lepsza. Przydałoby się w hotelu dedykowane pomieszczenie do zamykania rowerów gości. Jednak to tylko drobnostki, ogólne wrażenie bardzo dobre.

Good breakfast spread, good location, quiet room and ample parking space

The bed was too soft. Rooms are not fitted with air conditioners which can turn a room into a sauna during warm afternoons and nights. Neither the windows are fitted with a mosquito net so one cannot leave the windows open while sleeping.

Location, staff and facilities. Gym and spa very good. The new rooms are lovely.

We had to move because of building noise (not a problem as we went to another lovely room) however the new room was an upgrade that came with a bath and a massive window so you look into bathroom - and those sitting on toilet!! There is a curtain that is see through! There was not a proper shower with this room which meant you had to kneel in bath to shower. Why not just put a screen and a wall mounted shower?

Everything. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Interior design - lush and a bit kitsch in a good way. The cat, Lucjan - awesome! The staff, very helpful and polite, great people, kudos! The location is quite far from the center, surrounded by forest, with a spacious parking space and a five minute walk from the sea shore - perfect.

The only thing worth rethinking is the pool and bar being open only until 21:30. The glass covering all the furniture sure is easy to clean, but not Ideal. Having a bit more soap and shower gel would be great, I'd also expect some toothpaste.

Spa is awesome. Swimming pool is so big, 3 kinds of Saunas, Jacuzzi for 2-3 people. Personnel is so king. There are some sweets near reception free of charge. Great location of the hotel near to beach. You have 2 options regarding parking - either used hotel's or public outside (both paid. public one free of charge during weekends). I really recommend this hotel for couples that looking for great relax with optional spending some time in a beach.

Spa could have been open longer hours

Great location and as described a very short walk to the beach. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. The restaurant was wonderful a good choice of food was available and the quality was great. Breakfast was superb!!
