Great neighborhood! Very calm and quiet, shopping center right down the street . House A was very beautiful and clean and we really enjoyed this home away from home !

Please pay close attention to the pictures, you get exactly what you see. No kitchen with a stove (to cook simple breakfast), only sink is in the bathroom (where you're expected to wash the plates and cups you use--that drainer in the picture that sits between the bathroom sink and the toilet, it's really there--to wash your dishes and let them drip dry, in the bathroom--next to the toilet!) and no overall living room/family space to chill during the day to watch TV or relax. The temperature is controlled by the owner, so our December stay was very cold. The owner provides an electric heater, but who wants to drag that around to each bedroom and bathroom? Even the hallway was cold! So, to summarize, if you need a place to sleep for a night during the spring or fall when the temperatures aren't extreme, this is the place. But if you're looking for a place to stay for a 5 day visit in the Winter or Summer, you may want to find a place that gives you control of the thermostat, has a stove, a kitchen sink, and a room for the family to hang out togther.

Quiet neighborhood; located near shopping, restaurants, theaters and easy freeway access. Property is clean and many unexpected amenities. Host is ALWAYS personable and responds quickly to any questions I ask. Thank you for making my stay cozy and comfortable!

Perfect for my family. Very easy check in and check out process. Excellent communication with the property owner. Plan on staying here again when we return to California. We had a wonderful time!

Beautiful place. Clean. They have thought of everything you need! We would be most interested in staying here again. Property was close to so many places. This was perfect for our needs! Host was very quick to answer any questions.

Private and easy access... It's a nice little set up. The freezer could be upgraded and the hot water was not consistent. But overall it was decent.

This property has always been at the top of my list when looking for a place to stay. Sergey is a phenomenal host - clean and well-lit facility with many amenities. When I have a question or concern, he is quick to respond.

2 bedrooms and one bathroom in a quiet residential neighborhood in Citrus Heights. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Clean and well equipped, met our needs perfectly.

The property was exactly as listed. I stay here every time I come to town. Can not wait to stay here again. Thanks Sergey for everything as always!

Owner fees are too high. Move kitchenette into the front closet so guests don't disturb each other

House was clean and well thought out and perfect in every way , the owner was responsive to all requests and helpful. I would stay again. The Citrus Heights neighborhood is quiet and pure california

Absolutely beautiful. I would love to be able to take the same rental spot with me wherever I go, but that’s an impossibility. In the meantime I would recommend this rental to anyone. It is clean. It is handsome. My first night stay was an eye-opener… I came to enter the facility about 9 PM… My friend opened the door, turned on the lights, and all I could think of was that this was a richly deco’d home. Big beautiful mirror in foyer, and everything else more than expected. Beds were very comfortable. Room temp was just fine - no issues at all. Don’t hesitate, friends... order your reservation now. I was not able to enjoy myself with privacy here I was constantly being clocked and watched with cameras and stuff. Also there is no kitchen. Other than that it was a great area location and stay.
