Wonderful stay at Nautilus. Facility is clean and the location is perfect. Having Beach umbrella service daily is a huge plus for our stay. Gerilynn at the front desk is absolutely amazing. She is attentive and quick to be helpful in every way. We have stayed her 4 times now and certain if we go back to area it will be a 5th time. Condo are clean and wife feels very safe staying here. We have done Ocean front and Ocean view and we enjoy both with the added bonus of sitting on deck each night listening to sound of water. Location is fantastic as it removes you from the hustle and bustle of being in Destin. Elevators are a little slow but this is certainly not a dealbreaker for us. We had yet another Wonderful Stay

Nice place. Everything you need. Right on the beach with a fantastic view. Easy booking and check-in/out process. Highly recommend. Only issue was the master shower was was a little clogged, but with all the sand, we kinda get other issues.

This property was just as described! Pros: beautiful view, you can hear the waves right from the living room or master suite, massive wrap around balcony perfect to have breakfast and dinner on while enjoying the view, secondary balcony in second bedroom, super clean, access to beach chairs and umbrella, well stocked with everything you could possibly need, beach has unbelievable clean white sand. Cons: check in time is tough as you can’t check in until 4pm but they close at 5pm. Lots of ways to work around this if you coordinate with the office but took a little extra planning. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

We just returned from a 6 night stay at Nautilus 1506. Everything was perfect - from the condo, to the facility. But the showstopper, was the view from the balcony. It was the best view we have ever had! You will not be disappointed with anything this condo has to offer. We will be back!

Having stayed in Fort Walton on and off for the last forty-plus years, we were delighted to return to the Nautilus property. We enjoyed our stay with a tastefully decorated room, convenient beach access, a great view, and that beautiful white sand. A bit of a drive to find more choices for lunch or dinner, but we managed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I love sunrises and sunsets. The master bedroom in l the perfect spot to watch beautiful sunrises and watch the waves while having coffee in bed. The balcony is perfect for sunsets and an evening cocktail. The condo was clean and had all the comforts of home. The guest in the second bedroom was comfortable with the twin beds although we thought the room had a full bed. This property was in the prefect spot for beach hopping. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the near future. Thanks so much for the ambience, location, comfort and care you all put in making staying at this property a serene, peaceful oasis.

My family and I had a wonderful 2nd year visit at the Nautilus. We had a beautiful condo beach front views. The moment we walked into the condo and could see the beautiful water from the moment we opened the door we felt as though we found a piece of heaven. The condo was clean, cozy, and the deco complemented the beach so perfectly. We will be returning again! We already can’t wait to be back. We will choose 1506 as our return condo. We loved this condo! It was clean & well stocked. It even had beach toys & chairs for our use. We highly recommend & will definitely stay there again. We’ve stayed at the Nautilus several times & have always had excellent experiences. I really love that the beach is right there! Also, if you forget anything or need groceries, there is a Tom Thumb next door. No need to fight the Walmart or Publix crowd.

This unit is updated nicely but the upkeep by property management was neglectful. The location was ideal near the lifeguard on the beach. However, inside when we stayed there for a week we dealt with dirty air vents, sliding doors that would not open, ants, and dirt under furniture. One of the two elevators did not have air in the heat of the summer. Unfortunately we will not stay on this property again.

The condo was great. It had everything we needed and was clean. The only issue we had was the master bed. It was very hard but we contacted the owner about a mattress topper and it was sent over that day. We were very pleased at how great they were at taking care of their guests. Thanks again. We rented the condo for a family get together in thanksgiving. Had a great time. The condo was everything you would expect from a great spot like Nautilus.

Great Stay!
We got to the property after management had left for the day. They made sure we could get into the condo very easily! I was very happy they had carts to help haul all the luggage up to the 5th floor. The condo itself was clean, and the kitchen had plenty of pots/pans/utensils to allow us to make dinner & breakfast during our stay. We had 4 adults, and two babies under 2, and it fit us all very well! There were also plenty of beach toys in the outside storage for the 2 year old to play with! The only thing that needed improvement was the shower in the master needed a good scrubbing, and the button to switch the sprayer in the faucet in the kitchen was broken. There was also a tic tac toe board that was a super cute gesture, but it was also broken and missing a piece. I would definitely stay here again! The location and easy access to the beach were lovely!
