Owner was great. Thinking of going back next year if the Owner is going to put back on market.

This condo was near all sorts of business and we easily walked to many locations. Lots of space for our family to spread out and good-sized kitchen and bathrooms. Would stay here again.

Nice spacious unit, but no view. On a busy street, but the unit itself was quiet. Comfortable bed. Balcony not really an asset - overlooks the parking lot on one side and the building next door is really close on the other side. Pool is small and far away - on the far end of the building across the street. Long walk to the fountain, short walk to Safeway. Enjoyed the free pass to the McDowell Mountain Regional Park.

First trip being an adult with the boys, decided to do a golf outing. This location was about 30ish away from phoenix and most things in Scottsdale but no farther than that for all of the golf courses as well. Lovely place that gives you everything you need for a golf outing.

We had a very comfortable stay at this spacious condo. The decor was beautiful, I only wish we could stay longer.

My husband and I decided last minute to stay in AZ for another few days to avoid Midwest cold. Were curious about the fountain hills suburb. Nice place. Spacious. needed to talk to the property manager and he was quick and attentive. Good place to stay

We stayed for two weeks and were very happy with the condo. It had all we needed, was close to stores and the manager was easy to get ahold of when needed.

Very comfortable, clean and nicely furnished second-floor unit. Convenient location - nearby grocery store and coffee shops, with easy access to "downtown" Fountain Hills and McDowell Mountain recreation areas.

The condo was very spacious, clean, and quiet. Making for a very relaxing time with family! We will definitely stay here next year!

We had a very comfortable stay in this upstairs condo located in a nice residential neighborhood. A grocery store and small strip mall were just a few blocks up the street - an added plus. The condo was well equipped and very clean.

This was our second time to stay at the townhouse and it was just as great this time. Very clean and all necessities were provided. We plan to stay there again next year.

This was a great location...not far from a number of the ball parks. Great for 2 couples. Condo was large, well maintained and clean!

We have rented a number of condos in various locations, but this overall is one of the best we have rented. The condo is well furnished and stocked. It is located in a nice safe area that is easy walking distance to a grocery store. Restaurants for downtown Fountain Hills by the fountain are 5 minutes driving time away. Owner made sure anything we needed was taken care of.

FOUNTAIN Hills was lovely and most of the distances we had to travel were not bad. It was a great condo and the area was beautiful.

Very nice condo — great furnishings, linens. Kitchen was well- equipped and thoughtfully supplied with snacks and “first morning” breakfast items. Amy was extremely attentive to our needs. Overall, a great place in a great location. We will be back!

Amy is great, answered any questions, wanted to make sure everything was good! Grocery stores close by, close to Fountain. Great place to stay!

All necrssities covered....balcony sunny and seats four. Amy very interested in our comfort and well-being. We definitely would recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in the Northeast Phoenix or Scottsdale area.

The property is very nice and clean upon arrival. The owner's were very approachable and made sure we had everything we needed ahead of time and checked in via text regularly to make sure everything was good. very easy to get to and close to a grocery store which was great so we didn't have to eat at restaurants the whole trip. Note pool is not heated during winter months.

Amy was incredible...answered our texts immediately and was so kind to meet us at the unit to show us around. The condo is HUGE, my kids couldn't find us while we were in the master suite! Exceptionally clean. The full kitchen was stocked with spices and just about everything to cook and then entertain with. (I would love to see a cheese grater and broom next time ;) ) The neighbors were amazing also...they even invited us to come back to visit them! Very close to the grocery stores and the Fountain. We ended up not having housing due to our extended family from the area being sick, on the day we were supposed to check out. Amy personally contacted the agency to extend our stay so that we wouldn't incur extra fees. Then our flight was delayed for 2 days due to weather and Amy again was so willing to help us!!! We will definitely be staying here again!!!

We really enjoyed staying at this nice condo when we were visiting my sister over Thanksgiving. It was so convenient to the central part of Fountain Hills. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The condo was clean and spacious. I especially liked the fact we could book it immediately without waiting for the owner's response.

Traveled to Fountain Hills for a long weekend to visit family. Couldn’t have asked for better lodging. Amy, the owner, was extremely helpful and accommodating. Spacious condo with all the amenities and comfortable beds and furniture. Loved being able to walk to grocery, good deli (DJ’s), and to the fountain. Would definitely recommend!
