Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war für mich gut. Der Zimmerservice sehr zuvorkommend.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Deckenleuchte auf dem Balkon war verrostet. Kein Tisch und keine Auflagen für die Stühle auf der Terasse. Die Möblierung im Zimmer ist alt und billig und es war von morgens bis abends der Sonne augesetzt. Sehr wenig Schatten. Die Abendunterhaltung (musikalisch) war grottenschlecht!

My second time staying here and had a fabulous time again.

The only negative was guests queuing for the pool to open in the morning to reserve sunbeds.

the pool area has no drinks or food service. you have to leave your sun bed to go to the bar and you also have to get dressed to go to the bar (shoes and a shirt must be worn) this is a very poor service and very inconvenient. the hotel are losing loads of business as guests are bringing their own food and snacks to their he pool area simply because of this inconvenience. The hotel employee staff in the pool area bar that where under utilised, they are missing a massive opportunity, we would have happily spent €100 euro per day on lunch and drinks everyday but in-fact spent zero. Poor management and lacking customer experience, when your on holiday you want to be waited upon.

location is fantastic, beautiful pool area with no shortage of sun beds. rooms are spacious and clean. breakfast buffet is fabulous-loads of options! staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful.

The location, staff, and food were incredible. Very tasty breakfast and dinner always served with a smile. Very close to the beach and the main street with shops and restaurants. We had a nice surprise at our room for our anniversary. It was great.

I will say only that the hotel should provide pool towels and the safe in the room without charges. Special if it is not high season.

the bed was really big and comfortable and the room was cleaned twice daily

bar was open tell the evening, not enough chairs to watch the show and we payed a lot for our room and it was very dated and the hot tub was small and took ages to fell up and was not very private
