the property was excellent the beds were comfortable and the bath was great

we really disliked the location of our room as it was right next to the bar/club next door we felt weird even having our curtains open because people were looking right at us

Temperature in room was about 27-30 C Air con does not work.

The staff went out of their way to help me, I had come off a 30 hour trip from New Zealand, and had not slept on the flight. I was very exhausted, but the staff made everything easy, and helped me with advice about my onward travel, a charger for my iPad I’d forgotten to pack, and a friendly chat.

I can’t see any way you could improve. Everything was perfect. I’ll be back next time I’m in Madrid.

There are many shops, restaurants and petroil station near the hotel.

We chose this hotel because the Booking website lists it is as a pet friendly hotel. In fact, the hotel allows dogs weighing up to 10 kilograms. Therefore, our dogs were in the garage, which we did not count on. In addition, in this situation, the hotel staff blamed us.

Bar next to hotel played very loud music till 3 am which did not allow any sleep. Very disappointed

Super clean property. The room, hallways and lobby smelled amazing. Staff was really good. it is close to Madrid Barajas Airport around 15-20 minutes in car/taxi. We did check in super late at around 11:30 PM and the staff was super friendly. Breakfast is also pretty good for the price which is a buffet breakfast.
