The unit was very clean and just as described. The hosts were very helpful and had excellent communication. I would definitely highly recommend this unit to others.

This is not the first time we stay at Tides (both buildings). We often book an apartment with Marcello. His management team is always nice and helpful. They will always figure out how to make your stay comfortable. The apartment itself was clean and everything was available: dishes, utensils, kitchen appliances etc. Will stay here once again 💕 Thank you!

My whole trip was great from the condo(super clean) to the weather to the location which had great restaurant choices and grocery stores. The Tides has a great spot on the beach, a beautiful pool and gym and a great quality of families and adults that make the trip enjoyable. Thank you to Marcello and his team to have made the check in and check out easy. I do have to mention that the condo does overlook the street so it might be more noisy since Floridians love the honking but that's of no fault to the place. Also, I was a little worried when I read the reviews concerning the checkin and parking issues...if you follow the instructions to getting your FOB and parking in place there will be no issues with that either. I loved the comfortable bed, to the towels all the way to beach chairs and umbrellas that were available for us. Can't wait for the next time !!!

Overall nice apartment, definitely get what you pay for. Zero frills, very outdated decor and appliances, but the unit is clean and relatively comfortable. Bring your own shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. Couch bed is not comfortable (as expected). Main bedroom has a twin and full (not a queen as listed), which were adequately comfortable. NOT ocean front, overlooks the street and waterway, which can be loud and bright at night, but there is easy access to the pool and beach. No physical key access to the unit. Most annoying part was having to wear a wrist band with a key (necessary to get on the pool and beach, and in and out of the building), not very comfortable to sleep in, but that is ubiquitous to all the Tides apartments.

Buena localidad acceso a la playa piscina los servicios del edf son buenos parking, seguridad, gim, private room para meettings, etc. La limpieza del Apt no estuvo buena mucho sucio debajo de camas, solo limpiaron por encima, con relacion a cosas como papel toillet, jabon de lavar platos, solo colocan para una semana si vas por mas no te dan mas, nosotros estuvimos 3 semanas y tuvimos que comprar por lo demas todo bien, la atencion de la Sra que coordina muy buena y oportuna.

If you are unable to register due to them being closed or closing - you go the next day (probably standing in a long line) to obtain a tag for entrance and exit from the parking lot ( cash only) as well as a fob (credit card only) to get you in the inner door of the high rise to go to your room. They will also expect you to wear a blue wrist band the entire time so you can access the amenities on the premises. This whole process is confusing, and if you are there on a holiday weekend it can be a very long wait. It was an extremely unpleasant experience after traveling all day.

Everything was accurate in the listing. The $30:00 non- refundable fob was odd but I imagine that goes towards the staff that keep the entire grounds and lobbies immaculate.

This was my first VRBO experience and it was better than I thought. The location was great, easy to get to Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Glad I rented a car though not a lot of walkable restaurants/sightseeing.

we had a great stay at this unit. the property manager was present at both check in and check out and he was super helpful and accommodating. nothing bad to say!

The room.was nice the view i paid for was not the view i got. the pool.closes at dark key fobs quit qorki g had to replace them every couple days staff was good .but the over all stay was not that great.

The property is located in a good location and it is accurate to the property listing; however the washer and drier are not included. Need to charge a card to use the appliances in the floor laundry. Also it needs to be provided with basic supplies like paper towel, toilet paper, cleaning items like a broom etc.

Everything it’s good, the location it’s awesome, apartment in good condition of all. Because we went there so late and Liliana did a excellent job. The beach is beautiful too. I just think the property should have some items that could help, more trash bag or even 1 product to clean it up. Other then that, was a good stay.

Great apartment and amenities. Host very kindly moved our reservations at the last minute when we had a death in the family (despite us being just 48 hours from the trip) and graciously worked with us. The company running the amenities is annoying. They want you to wear arm bands, and stand in line leave a deposit for a parking pass (after paying for parking at a separate location) that you have to return before being able to leave (open only 9-4) - that also didn't work and had to be replaced. Just very inefficient and frustrating. The amenities themselves and the apartment were nice and the beach was gorgeous!

Great place! Great amenities! The only thing that would have been nice would be a few more TP / paper towels rolls. No big deal though. We would come back!

Pleasant stay. Condo was just as described. Marcelo (the owner) was quick to respond. We liked the condo.

Apartment clean, simple had everything we needed. The property manager went above and beyond to accommodate us. She met us late for check in, helped us move to second apartment when we decided to stay extra days. She Purchased a new beach chair and a crock pot for us. Nice coffee , sandwich shop in building that delivers to the beach.. The apartment is directly on the beach.
