Great location for the nearby conference center. Good restaurant on site. Large, clean room with comfortable bed and very nice view. Nice breakfast with friendly staff.

No slippers in the room. The bar closed too early at 10:30. Air conditioning was quite noisy. The gym and pool were both closed for renovations.

The breakfast was excellent. Room was also excellent. Service from the spa was also exceptional. I fogot my laptop in the safe in the room , | was able to retrieve it without problems.

The room I originally booked was cancelled even after I called that I will be checking in late.

Awesome breakfast with professional and friendly staff (which we expected having stayed twice before), great selection albeit consider guests shouldn't have to toast their own breads. Occasionally hot beverage service was forgotten and had to be requested again, as such I consider a staff member(s) should be dedicated to hot beverage service at breakfast. The refitted room was great however the toilet seemed to be fitted very low (ideal for a young child but not for aging adults having to crouch so low). Comfy bed but suggest a blanket is included in the room (we had to request one).

Our expectations were mostly met having known what to expect from previous stays. The Towers Restaurant evening menu seemed to be the same as the Deli with just slightly elevated prices and wasn't as exclusive as we'd known it previously to be (pre-COVID). Occasionally replenishment of room resources wasn't done e.g. bottled water and the same number of refreshed towels and had to be requested, but this did not detract from our overal stay. Suggest Booking.com and other travel sites update their hotel info as there was no daily Managers reception, no sauna etc.

The attitude of the staff was awful and the receptionist there was no respect at all. They charge us twice for the room. Although , we pay online and they did not refund us. Their policy was not concise every person telling something different from the other their hospitality was awful. We ask for a water one arrival after a long trip, and they disrespect us in a very bad way. I do not recommend it if you want to feel, upset all the time

Warm and friendly service,nothing was too much. Must mention Thando at breakfast,always smiling and doing the most,and Ronin at the travel desk who went out of his way to help me get a laptop for an urgent application.Cosy beds and a lovely ambience.

No business center Breakfast was great however staff are not always well organised,long waits for tea refills and cutlery was not always replaced on time.

Breakfast was good bt it was the same menu from Saturday to Monday 🙂

We were not told that the swimming pool was under renovation and could not access it for the duration of our stay, and the gym too was out of use. No compensation offered

My room was not ready when I arrived the cleaning staff were still busy in the room however I was granted access No hand soap on arrival No shower gel on arrival No coffee pods on arrival 1 finger biscuit to share between 2 guests Floor not cleared of flowers used by previous guests

Staff were awesome! The room was so comfortable and clean. Loved the bar area and the breakfast. Room service was fantastic and the food was incredible.

Restaurant Lamb Shank was amazing. Service at Restaurant and bar very good.

The TV and the internet service were not available and I had to move rooms. The manager on duty was friendly and professional, I was annoyed over the inconvenience and disruption to my stay.

The shower drainage needs attention, the water was draining very slow you were required to close the tap in between to avoid the water to flood

The most irritating thing about the Marriott was the Spa .I went twice to book an appointment and they informed me that they were full up. What surprised me is that there were 7 ladies doing nothing. They forgot the golden rule the customer is king. I went to Sorbet in the mall and they were than obliging

The hotel experience was nice

Very professional staff and the hotel is clean. It is close to a lot of necessities
