D’une manière générale nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour à l’hôtel qui mérite clairement sa note de 8,4 au moment de notre venue. On a trouvé le rapport qualité prix vraiment très bon. Nous avons pris les repas le soir dans l’hôtel. Ils sont composés d’une soupe, une apéritif, d’une salade, d’un plat principal (viande, poisson ou plat végétarien) et d’un dessert. Ils sont pris à table et sont bons avec des produits frais et de qualité. Néanmoins, au bout d’une semaine c’était un peu répétitif et les plats principaux manquaient un peu de spécialités crétoises. L’hôtel a une salle de sport, un hamman et un sauna mais nous n’en avons pas profité, il faisait trop chaud!! On a particulièrement aimé : - le personnel très gentil, serviable, aimable, souriant, disponible bref vraiment au top! (Un gros point positif de l’hôtel) - le petit déjeuner très varié avec des produits de qualité. Il est sous forme de buffet et les boissons sont amenées à la table avec une corbeille avec pain, beurre confiture, miel… - la propreté de la chambre avec le ménage fait tous les jours - la piscine propre avec des matelas gonflables et des ballons à disposition (il y a 3 piscines: une principale avec une pataugeoire attenante mais séparée pour les enfants et une plus petite à l’écart plus pour faire des longueurs même si elle n’est pas très longue) - le calme de l’hôtel - les boissons autour de la piscine - le cocktail de bienvenue très rafraîchissant

Nous avons moins aimé : - le wifi très aléatoire - traverser la route, pas trop passante mais avec quand même des véhicules pouvant rouler rapidement, pour passer des appartements au bâtiment principale qui a la piscine et le restaurant.

We had a lovely apartment. It was very clean and modern. It had great views and even had a bath which i was really pleased with. It wasn't as long as a regular bath but it was deep enough to relax and soak in. There was also.plenty of towels and decent Aircon.

We had two beds put together which was really uncomfortable, especially when you want to cuddle up. Also, it was really hard and we only got 1 pillow each which made for more uncomfortable sleep. The breakfast was awful. There were flies on the fruit and yogurt and were not nice to look at to be honest. We left and went to a Taverna for breakfast.

just full to the brim of your older, English package holiday makers. dated rooms. poor bathroom. TV in room and the air con was useless really not for me

Booking. Com could make it clearer what the accommodations capacity is . We had to request an upgrade from hotel manager as our original room was not really fit for 4 grown adults .

Stayed in the self catering apartments just over the road from the main hotel. Hotel was great with a good sized main pool and two smaller ones. Plenty of sunbeds available at any time of day. Ate breakfast every morning with a tasty selection of hot and continental food. Excellent coffee! The apartment itself was very spacious and cleaned by two lovely ladies every day. Air con worked very well. I cooked us a meal every day and the two rings were more than adequate. Plenty of cooking utensils, plates etc. Everywhere in Sissi is within easy walking distance of the hotel. Very close to Buofos beach which is pebbles but the sea is safe and clear. Would certainly go back to the Angela Suites again and thank you too all the wonderful staff who made our stay special.

Bed was slightly hard but we have a memory foam topper at home. I got used to it after a couple of nights and slept well.

Beatifull appartments and very good breakfast! Hospitally was great!!

The staff- Manos and Lefteris in particular - were extremely helpful and provided an excellent service. We stayed in an apartment with breakfast included. It was al a carte which was nice as we expected a buffet - and from previous experience of buffets during Covid, these involved wearing masks and gloves. Was very nice to be served a tasty brekkie. The pool is lovely and we mixed between staying at Angle suites and visiting local beaches. We rented a scooter and headed to the village of Milatos, not far and has free sun loungers if you are a customer of No Name cafe (great food). There is a nice harbour to swim in that had a gentle sea.

The bed - was very hard and bouncy. I appreciate that beds are down to personal taste but I ended up with a bruised hip because it was so hard. Nevertheless the apartment was very nice. Be aware if you book an apartment, the kitchen is a little sparse with just a two ring hob and a kettle - no microwave or oven. You are not given cloths, washing up liquid etc and we felt guilty leaving our pasta dishes for the cleaning staff. However, we did enjoy the apartment and would stay again - maybe just ask for a mattress topper next time
