We had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful home. Nice and clean and also a perfect location. Between downtown and the casino. Would definitely recommend staying here! Planning a summer trip already.

We make a long weekend for our anniversary and this place was ideal for that. I wish the weather was better so we could've enjoyed the outdoor area, maybe next time!

Property was great! Plenty of room - outside area was awesome, too. Plenty of seating outside for visiting around the fire pit or eating on the deck if you wanted to. We loved the fire pit, by the way. :). The home was close (5 minutes) to WalMart for ice and the stuff we needed (S & P, foil, fire starter/lighter, etc. We would definitely stay here again - very clean and spacious. Location was super easy to find and so close/convenient to 90/94.
It was close to the Dells and Baraboo for the wineries we visited during the day and perfect for socializing/game night in the evenings. Thanks for a great rental.

Spring Brook Rentals was a great place to spend the week with family. We stayed during off-season so the pool was not open. It was walking distance to the Sports Bar & Grill to watch football. We hiked Mirror Lake and Devil's Lake state parks. Also enjoyed the local apple orchard. All activities were close distance. We also enjoyed the nice deck and firepit. It would have been nice if food storage containers and other kitchen supplies were available. The detailed property description was clear what was and was not provided, which helped us prepare for what we needed to bring. It was a fun week. Thank you!

We were specifically seeking a home with four bedrooms and four king size beds, so this location was exactly what we were looking for. It was also very private, even though there is a home very close to it that you don't see in the pictures. We never heard our neighbors, even though there were many people staying there. This house is located super close to an outdoor pool which was fantastic, but don't overlook the other pools (both indoor and outdoor) that are located near the restaurant/clubhouse. They are resort style and our kids LOVED swimming there. After receiving a welcome text, we were able to easily communicate our questions, which were answered in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this home for a family vacation.

Great house, beautiful and quiet location. However, upon arrival one of the exterior doors was unlocked - meaning the house was unsecured prior to our arrival (which happened to be late at night). I didn’t notice until we were finished unpacking and headed to bed around 1am, amd walked around making sure windows and doors were locked. I realized the back sliding door was unlocked, and at that point my kids and I had been in the house for hours. The lock was broken amd I was unable to lock the door, and so emergency maintenance had to be called. This was a pretty serious oversight when customer safety should be the first priority.

It was clean. The resort responded quickly to our request for more toilet paper and forks. I don't think it's right that VRBO charges cleaning and service fees when you can book this directly through the resort and save these charges; next time I will know better.

We met from three different states for Christmas. Beautiful area with walking bridges. The house was very clean and large enough for everyone to enjoy!

Overall very satisfied. Minor complaints about the house; the temperature was difficult to control. Hot in the living room and first bedroom, moderate in the middle bedroom and very cold in the last 2 bedrooms. Fixed with adjusting the vents and extra blankets. There were multiple houses very close together. Not a big issues since it was not busy this time of year. The only constructive criticism I would offer would be to add a bigger rug/mat inside the front door. The floor got very wet with the snow from our shoes on the floor.

The only suggestion I have, it's a little dark where you park to walk to the front door maybe a light out that way would be helpful otherwise it was wonderful clean very enjoyable and we want to rent it again next year. Thank you so much

Property does show typical wear and tear for it's age. Patio furniture is wearing out and one of the chairs seat ripped. Television 3 in master sweet would not work.

Loved everything about the property! Loved all of the following things provided:the extra garbage bags, the dish washing soap, extra cookware, the 2 garbage bins for the property. We had a sisters trip of 8 ladies & the king sized beds made the stay even better! So spacious, clean & accommodating! Each bedroom also had a tv in it! This property was amazing and we definitely recommend it for big group gatherings!

The house was perfect for our needs. Lots of space to spread out or to be together for meals, board/card/video games, pool (billiards), lounging, snacking. Clean property, well maintained, kitchen was well stocked with equipment, but glad we brought our own salt/pepper etc. Master shower drained VERY slowly, King bed sheets were too small and came off immediately, but the bed itself was comfortable. We decided that we would gladly stay here again since it fit our family dynamics so well.

A hoot and a half
The place was clean and very cute. The pool table, tv and rooms were exceptional. We did notice though that there was a coffee maker, but no coffee filters. Also needs to stock up on extra toilet paper, towels and linens anddd a spatula please. But overall the stay was amazing and close to towns with several things to do

Excellent alternative to Kalahari!
The kids enjoyed the pool table and exploring the waterfall (ps, there's a waterfall!), and I appreciated that for as close as we were to neighbors, most of the home's windows face nature--woods, a small ravine/creek, bridges, and good-sized yard.
The property is really clean, the property managers were extremely responsive and accommodating, and their clubhouse pool area is really nice (just BYO towels!).
I only wished there were a few more basics stocked in the kitchen, like salt & pepper or a pizza cutter.
Would recommend, and would stay again!

Nice stay within an hour from home.
We stayed 3 nights during Spring break. The Dells is within an hour of our home.. The property is roomy. There were only 3 of us but the unit could sleep 10 comfortably. The only issues we encountered were the pool cues (warped, cracked handles, cracked top) and the wifi (intermittent, phones and Xbox kept dropping). We ate at the clubhouse one night. The bartender was great!

Golf camp
Good base for golf camp, and fire pit was nice. Glad the TV had Ballys Sports net . Boys would like it for next year.

Nice location and amenities but not clean
Conveniently located near main Dells attractions but off the beaten path with nice wooded area and creek behind the house. Some nice amenities such as main clubhouse pool which has nice little kid area and bonfire pit behind the house. The home was dated and not clean to our standards. There were crumbs all over the floor under the table and our feet were black on the bottom by the first morning of our stay which was pretty gross when you have 2 babies under a year old crawling around. Ended up mopping the floor ourselves and Clorox wiping everything since we didn’t trust it was sanitized.

House was spacious, clean and location was perfect - close to attractions but private . Enjoyed outdoors and surrounding area . Would definitely stay again... only negative was the bed wasn’t very comfortable

It was great hanging out here. Wish the wifi was better, but we had a blast playing pool, a board game and cards we brought, and lots of good entertainment opportunities in area.

This was the most amazing place ever. Besides the fact it constantly rain so we couldn't enjoy the outside , but indoors was amazing and comfortable and beautiful . the ladies was so impressed with it , by sunday morning we all was looking threw our calendar's trying to figure out when to book again . very clean place very beautiful and quiet . we all slept good and anything we needed to do was less than 5 min away

Weekend getaway
This property was exactly as advertised. Our family of 10 fit perfectly. The pool table was a great addition to the weekend. The lodge was also very nice and some of our family members took advantage of the hot tub. Coming back next year!

Old amenities!
Dishwasher was broken and overfilled with half washed dishes from previous guest. King size beds were great but the sheets and mattress covers are old, ripped, and wouldn't stay on the beds. That left you lying on a ripped dirty plastic mattress cover by morning. The internet was intermittent at best. The kids couldn't use their tablets for screen time. Couldn't grill steaks for our party of eight because the grill is nothing more than a park style charcoal grill. Not what I expected for a place that can accommodate 10 adults.

We had a great trip! We had 10 people in the house and there was more than enough space. The pool table was the biggest selling point for us. The location was more than one could ask for — private, close to shopping, and a short drive to the water parks. There were two things I would have wanted: a lighter for the fire pit, and a scrubber for the dishes. We would highly recommend this property.
