The staff was very helpful, welcoming, and friendly. It is next to a pedestrian street filled with restaurants, shops, and is an easy walk to the "grand canal" and harbor. The breakfast was very good and individually prepared to our order! Great coffee, and attention It felt like home! Internet was good, air conditioning was good, I think the staff is very helpful and are eager to help in any way they can.

It is not a "grand" hotel -- but feels as though you are in an Italian family livingroom.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the centre. The room and bathroom were big enough but the shower was a little tight. The wifi was good but there was not enough socket in the room. The room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast was very good.

The rooms in the booking.Com pictures are new, but we got an old room with old furniture and an old and ruin bathroom, unfortunately that what is in the pictures does not correspond to reality. For breakfast they asked us to write what we want to eat, so we wrote salami and cheese which unfortunately we didn't get, even though we waited 45 min

Even though located in a busy area (shopping, restaurants), there was no street noise whatsoever.

The beds were not comfy: hard and bad pillows. Only 2 single beds, instead of 1 double The room looked very old

It was nicer than I expected from the description, staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were a little harder than I expected, but overall very good value for the money. Breakfast was very nice indeed.
