It was really close to the center and all the restaurants and bars were nearby. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. All the atmosphere in total was nice.

The bed was not comfortable at all, if you moved a little bit the neighbor could already hear it. The room was small and with no balcony, it was just a window with sea view.

The rooms are a bit shabby for the price and my room at the back was much noisier at night than on the front like last time. But I guess that is Ibiza in August! Also, due to work, I often have to change my work plans last minute so travel arrangements also change. I have asked other booking.com premises in the past to waver my cancellation fees as a goodwill gesture, and as a repeat customer, and it was interesting how Ryans Marina are THE ONLY hotel to not even consider it. I have had hotels agree to return part of the room charge or all of it if the room gets re-booked, but Ryans this time turned me down point blank. I will remember this before booking again. Little gestures like this make all the difference when you are a regular traveller.

The scam!! Advertised a “Superior single room” and the price was over 220€ per night. I checked in and payed but when I opened the door to my room.. well it should be the cleaning cupboard under the stairs.. the room was tiny, no rubbish bin, bed was under the stairs so I had people walking on my head going up and down the stairs all night.. party party party.. I came to Ibiza for work, this was the cheapest room I could find and it was definitely not a “superior single room” as advertised… this platform booking is also a scam.. I booked a hotel in Barcelona, was supposed to include breakfast.. that was a fat lie on booking department.. Above all I tried to refuse the room, opened the door and closed it immediately and told reception that that’s not the room I ordered, they said they were full, I asked for a refund (full or partial) they refused !!

bed was very hard and basic, but fine for a short stay. safebox was not working *if you are traveling/ arriving very late, note there is no water provided in the room.
