buffet breakfast wasn't too hygienic - a lot of flies constantly sitting on sliced meat, which was not covered at all

The smell of the cleaning products in the room were overwhelming for me and made it very difficult to sleep.

The staff were fairly nice. The hotel is in the most central part of the small town. There is a lift to the upper level. The rooms are clean with a good size. The beds are comfortable and shower is good. The balcony is a nice place to have a tea in the morning......if they had tea-making facilities in the room. Good room to relax in after a hard day's hike.

Nothing much. We got it at a fair deal. but I wouldn't pay the higher prices for it. Would be nice to have tea-making facilities in the room.

Bit aged but very well-maintained hotel in Espot. Good location to visit Sant Maurici national park. The room was sparkling clean and spacious enough, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was tasty with a good choice of local food. Big parking opposite the hotel is free for hotel guests.

The restaurant was closed for dinner (probably because of the low season).

Excellent stay in a great location. Nice bar too. Good evening meal and breakfast. Staff very helpful. Recommended.

Wow, magical hotel in a magical town! The view from the balcony is wonderful, the room is pretty, clean, heated. Breakfast was everything we needed. Staff are very helpful and nice! The office to go to Sant Maurici parc National is right next to the hotel. The restaurant near the hotel was yummy too.

Everything was excellent! Except see below..

Unfortunately the fire alarm went off twice - and went on for a very long time - I think when they were trying to light a fire in the fireplace near the reception. We were assured that it hadn't happened before - but it was hell while the noise lasted.

The staff was so helpful and made the stay really wonderful. We had to leave before breakfast and they were kind enough to set out fruit, pastries and coffee for us the night before.

The location is great, the staff excellent—welcoming and helpful, the common areas very comfortable, breakfast ample, coffee sublime, views wonderful.

The bathroom plumbing causes methane escape which is terrifically smelly and very unpleasant. If that was taken care of, the hotel would get my highest rating.
