The hotel is old and unmaintained. We were 18 people (7 rooms). According to the photos and the money we paid, as well as the reviews we read, we expected a much better quality stay. Instead we faced an abandonment situation. Some rooms had no curtains in the shower, in another room we found a scorpion in the bathtub, another room had no phone, the sink was clogged and the curtains were dirty and hanging crookedly (half the brackets were missing). Most of the windows, although freshly painted, are old, do not close properly and some doors jam. One room smelled mouldy and had a lot of moisture. Some rooms did not have curtains at the bathroom windows for privacy and none had glasses for drinking water. Also most windows did not have screens for keeping out the insects. The rooms had been recently painted but there were paint stains on the floor. The only positives we enjoyed were the pool and the breakfast, which had a satisfactory variety. For the quality of the accommodation it should cost half the money. We will definitely not go there again and will not suggest it to anyone.

Large and clean room, easy parking

Beautiful location, really friendly staff who went out of their way to help us. Lovely breakfast. Room was cool, clean and had a great balcony view.

The pool closed when we wanted to have a swim (closed between 2.30-5.30). Would be nice for it to stay open all day to accomadate everyone.

Lovely rooms,really spacious for family of 4 with 2 teens. Superb views from balcony. Lovely place to sit in morning. Great pool and sun deck with drinks available,very friendly woman running bar area.

Pillows aren't great. Breakfast is average. Pool shuts 2.30-5.30pm which is when we like to go to it so that was really annoying and then the sun deck goes into shade around 6.30pm due to mountain. Shutting 2.30-4pm would be more reasonable.

Truly a hidden gem, fantastic incredible view, nice large pool, room was good enough. Friendly staff. Restaurant had a la carte or buffet whatever suits your wishes.

The road to get there is a challenge, but the reward is worth it! The stairs at the hotel are a challenge, but doable.

Exceptional staff, very informative and helpful for the facilities and the surroundings of the near sightseeing, they recommended that we should have dinner in the hotel and I can say that the food is astonishing! Extremely VFM, it has everything we needed with a huge parking lot on the side of the facility with immediate access to our room. Definitely would book again if the moment arise. Thanks for everything!

Quite far from the nearest village, and mountain roads.

The view was amazing! Also the swimming pool was awesome.

The fact that there was no elevator and in order to get to the apartment you had to climb many stairs.

Poor food. During a rainstorm my room flooded and my two calls for someone to check the flooding and secure the doors were ignored.

The location is superb. The views are superb. They have have great pool. The staff were friendly and the it's an attractive hotel on the outside.

The bed was rock hard. The bathroom, bedroom and furnishings need updating. It was a bit rough around the edges. The staff didn't seem to be that well trained and the food was average. Power went off in my room at 11.30 at night and didn't come back on for nearly 3 hours so ended up staying awake until 2.30am so I could switch the aircon back on as I was staying there during the recent heatwave that has affected Greece. Not what I was expecting from a 4 star rated hotel.

Very difficult to find parking, had to park our car 500 metres away by the road. Bathroom not clean. Needs renovation. Wifi signal was very weak.

We had to cancel 2 nights but we couldn't get a refund the rooms were exposed to the sun all dayv

Very clean, good fridge and air conditioning, nice staff.

The wi fi was slow, and the mobile network didn't work at all. Lots of stairs if you have heavy baggages.
