Great location if you want to be near everything. House has a lot of room to spread out. Owner is very responsive when needed and keeps you informed.

Plenty of room for our family. Nice hot tub!! Would come back and stay here again. Close to a lot of things which was convenient. Thank you for letting us stay

The house worked out great for our needs! The kids loved having a hot tub in the winter. I know its a minor thing, but I appreciated that the cookware was nice stainless steel pots and pans as opposed to non-stick pans full of chemicals. Thanks so much!

My children and I checked in Thursday 9/8 and out Sunday 9/11 for a long weekend together. We had the best time, the home was just as pictured and the property manager Mike was amazing to work with. We will definitely go back again! Many memories made!

The property was well maintained with nice beachy décor inside. The property manager was very nice and accommodated a last minute change with our pets and addressed any concerns we had swiftly. Thanks to whoever attached the cargo lift outside-very very helpful and needed ! There a quite a bit of stairs in the house, so consider that if there are family members up in years in your party. The location was good easy access to stores and a nice breakfast spot nearby!! Public beach access about 3 blocks away. When we were there the beach was not crowded and very enjoyable!

Great location! Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, fun things to do. The property worked out very well, we were three adult couples, plenty of room for all of us. Loved the bright sunny kitchen and living room area every morning. It’s a great location on the Outer Banks for day excursions to the north or the south. Mike was very responsive and great to work with!

Beautiful home. Great location. Minutes walk to beach. Pool was perfect especially on hot days. Property manager always stayed in contact. The cargo elevator was a lifesaver. Suggestion: dark curtains on windows. The sun beats through blinds and was difficult to keep house cool on these hot days. Would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend staying here! House was great, clean and Mike’s communication was spot on! Our teenagers had the freedom to walk everywhere.....to the beach, shopping, 7-Eleven and restaurants. Pool and hot tub were a plus and the lift for luggage and groceries were huge since the kitchen was on the third floor. Would definitely stay again!

The property was just as advertised. Clean, well equipped, great space for relaxing in two living areas, 2 refrigerators, hot tub, small pool, pool table, bogey boards, beach chairs, umbrellas! The works. The owner was immediately responsive when we contacted him twice asking questions. The walk to the beach was short and easy. So happy we chose this house.

We all enjoyed our vacation very close to shopping and dining and a little walk to beach pool and hot tub was great for the evening hours for the kids but there are 42 steps from game to kitchen a lot of up and down the house is in need of fresh paint and another garbage can

There were 8 adults, three children and two dogs staying at the house. It was nice that every bedroom had a TV so you getaway when needed.

The house was nice and clean, but when I notified the owner that the bottom two floors were very warm and the AC was broken, the owner could not fix and did not offer an solutions or credits.

Great location in Kill Devil Hills, everything is in walking distance and the beach is just a short walk away, the lift on the front balcony makes carrying luggage & grocery bags much easier. Nice pool and hot tub in the back. Mike was also very easy to work with.

We love this house and its location! The weather was perfect and we had a lot of beach time! The lay out was great for two families. Big game room down stairs that walks out directly to the pool and hot tub area. The balcony's views are beautiful. The home is very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen has all the cooking supplies. Easy walk to beach, shopping, and restaurants. House has a cargo lift which made loading and unloading of groceries a breeze. Owner was easy to deal with and answered back quickly to our questions. You must walk to American Pie for ice cream! We will stay here again!!

Although there are many stairs in the house we enjoyed having privacy on each level and you could not hear noise from one floor to the next. The pool and hot tub are a nice touch to have especially if you have a family. Walking distance to many places to eat, ice cream, etc. the location is great! The beds were comfortable . The kitchen was well stocked and organized. The fridge in the kitchen has a condensation leak on the inside and you have to leave a drip pan taking up space. Tv in game room was not working. The outdoor propane grill was not working optimally and the tank was not filled upon our arrival. The bushes around the house especially near shower and pool area need to be trimmed back. The pool needs to be better maintained - vacumned etc during a stay. There are large spiders all around the pool, hot tub, and sliding back doors. Do not use the path to beach in description of house as it is all overgrown with thorns. Walk down to the right side of the Ramada and use the public stairs and beach access much better.

Spacious living quarters, full kitchen, pool, hot tub, pool table. Great place to come back to after the beach.

OBX Life III is a great beach house that was very clean and nicely furnished! Everyone had a good night’s sleep on very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the pool & hottub & the kids loved playing pool in the game room. Conveniently located close to Harris Teeter, the ABC store, 7-11, Pigman’s BBQ, Mama Kwans, and Kill Devil Grill! I do wish the wagon provided at the house was more narrow in order to pull it to the beach on the path. We will be back to OBX Life III next summer for sure!

First time going to Kill Devil Hills and my whole family had the best time. So relaxing and low key. The house was everything we had hoped and more. Definitely will be returning. Jeremy Hinze

This house was very clean and accurately represented by the photos online. Pros: The owner of this property was very responsive during our stay. We had a maintenance issue with the A/C that was resolved the same day. We also appreciated the fact that the house is withing walking distance to restaurants and shops. Very convenient. Cons: The amount of stairs within the house make it a challenging accommodation for older guests and families with small children. We were disappointed that the private beach access that is mentioned online was overgrown, poorly maintained, and virtually un-usable. The next available public beach access is a considerable distance. We enjoyed our stay and having the private pool, but would not choose to stay in this house again as it was not the best fit for our family's needs.

Owner was very responsive to even minor issues. Will stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the beach, much to do with the fact we had no worries about the property. Clean, comfortable and full of all the amenities you need, and more! Great to spend the day at the beach and then relax at OBXLife III pool and hot tub afterwards. Booking easy and great support before and during the stay. We will be back and would definitely recommend the OBXLife properties.

This home is perfect for a family vacation. The house had everything we needed and the property manager made the trip planning very easy.

The property is clean, nicely furnished and close to local attractions like the Wright Bros. Memorial. However we are approaching our 60's 😬 and having to navigate all those stairs (40 from top to bottom) was more than we barganed for.
