Lovely comfortable home with a very well equipped kitchen. We did find that the bed in the main bedroom and the double bed downstairs were not very comfortable .

A quick 3 night get away for the family. Was a bit cold and windy but enjoyed 9am sleep ins and the fire place in the evening with Netflix. Loved the outlook over Yallingyup and used the bush track on evening to walk to caves house with our torches for a dinner adventure. With the wintery weather the waves were pumping through canal rocks as a refreshing stop on the way back from stocking up at Margaret river chocolate factory. Bay day 3 sun was coming out and even had a T shirt on at the Sunflower animal farm, it had moved so a trek to just past Busselton but an enjoyable outing. We have stayed Margarets/Dunbrough many many times but had never done Yallingyup and recommend it

For the first time in 3 years we were all together. Son from London and daughter and partner from Melbourne. We wanted a place close to the beach and big enough for all of us. Wanted to cook great meals at home and be near enough to Margaret River and other beaches. It was the best family holiday/reunion ever. The property had everything we wanted and needed. Perfect location. Great price.

Second time staying in this property. Such a quiet spot with a great view and everything you need for a relaxing time. Close walk to Caves House and the beach and a short drive to wineries. Already looking forward to our next stay here.

Home away from home
We had three nights in paradise here! Would only wish we could stay longer. You will want for nothing in this property, every drawer and cupboard was stocked with everything you could possibly need; the kitchen had every bowl, plate, utensil you could possibly think of - you do not need to bring anything, just your food and drinks. Every cupboard in the bedrooms had extra blankets, fans, heaters, and the beds were HEAVEN. And the view....I can't even describe it.
Also communications with the manager were excellent; plenty of info when needed but not over doing it.
We cannot wait to come back!

Great location, well equipped kitchen with great views of Yallingup Bay. 10 min walk to beach.
Good base with stunning views of Yallingup Bay. Quite road. Good for short walk to caves hotel for food & drinks. Note, walk up hill to house could be a challenge for people not good on their legs. Local, top surf beaches close. Well fitted kitchen. We had eight staying, while everyone fitted, it was squeze with bathrooms. Bedrooms do not have air-conditioning or blackout blinds, which was uncomfortable in the hot period during our stay. Overall nice location and great views. Bedrooms we felt were somewhat basic.

Beautiful house in stunning location
I booked this for 6 adults for a girls weekend. We ended up staying in every night with the fire going instead of going out because it was so well set up! Every adult got their own bed which was great. I'm looking forward to booking again with my family. It was a short walk to the beach. The house was so clean and two full bathrooms meant we didn't have to worry about getting ready to go out. The kitchen was so well equipped too. They've thought of everything! Thank you for having us!

Great family house
Very clean, has everything you need in the places you expect them. Wonderful views, saw whales breaching. We will definitely be back. Only downside was the 15 people partying at the house next door - which no one can control.

Lovely location at the top of Yallingup with spectacular views of the bay, horizon and sunsets from the large balcony and master bedroom. Comfortably furnished and equipped. Yallingup is centrally located to so many destinations, including its own lovely beach.

Nice house with excellent view, clean and tidy. Found the beds fairly uncomfortable. Very nice location, however, as we mostly walked everywhere the hill became a bit of a challenge to get up.

Enjoyable Seaside Holiday Accomodation
We enjoyed a long weekend holiday stay with our family, in a relaxed holiday home in beautiful surroundings. Yallingup is a wonderful place to stay, enjoying the beach and the local Caves Hotel for a drink with friends. Thank you for a lovely stay, we look forward to coming back for another holiday.

We had a lovely week in this cosy, comfortable home, warmed by the pot belly stove. We also loved enjoying the sun out on the spacious deck. We would happily stay here again!

Great place, views fantastic. Beds comfy; showers good and a really well equipped kitchen with things you wouldn’t always expect in it. Perfect for feeding a large group. Thanks Rebecca for being a great host.

Great area and great deck for group dinners at Sunset
We loved this place. We had a fantastic time - within walking distance to the beach and the house worked perfectly for our needs (7 adults + 2 bubs)
The deck out the front was our favourite spot to watch the WA sunset over the water every evening.

Lovely time, but
Absolutely loved the home. Stunning location, amazing outlook.
But, we originally booked for 2 couples and then another join. We were quoted for the house and honestly adding another couple we thought would not be a problem (it sleeps 10), but we had to pay extra - so it sleeps 10 and there was only 6 of us but we had to pay more!
We have a property down south as well and when we list it we state the actual accomodation amount and that is it - as long as there is no more than we state we do not care.
We will be back, but I think you can reconsider the above as the property is not inexpensive. Thanks

Amazing location and views
Everything was fantastic, easy to find the place and had a great time watching the sunset on the front deck. Great amount of kitchen items to cook for ourselves and such an easy stroll up to caves house.
Found the kitchen lights a little tricky to locate (under the bench near the bins) but everything else easy!

Great house and location with beautiful ocean view.
The house is really lovely with everything we needed. Beds were not very comfortable and so we had to pad the mattress with a couple of blankets to try to soften it. TV volume was too low also and we struggled to hear it, the windows need a good clean. Otherwise a very nice house and the proximity to the ocean and Caves house and the general store was a bonus. Great ocean views from the deck and the national park at the back was also lovely to see.

Beautiful views , well equiped well presented
Property was easily accessible plenty of parking, well equiped , roomy enough for the 7 of us staying plus friends coming and going over the time we were there. The house was clean though the blinds in the kitchen and at the front door need cleaning as does the front door frame and sliding door tracks front door . The door in the main toilet also was a bit grubby , otherwise everything else was clean and well presented . We would definitely return to this property.

Fantastic!
I cannot say enough how wonderful our stay at Yallingup Seascape was. The view is amazing- even got to see some whales from the balcony. Everything you could need is catered for in the house, there was fly spray, mozzie coils, plenty of dishwasher tablets etc ( nothing worse than staying somewhere and you are provided with 1 of these items).
The claw footed bath is beautiful, plenty of rooms with loads of beds.
Within easy walking distance to both beach and the pub.
Will happily stay here again.

Great weekend away
We stayed down with some friends for the long weekend and had an absolute ball. Wineries close by, surfing everyday and cooked up a storm each night to eat out on the deck. Very glad we found it!

Wonderful Location
We had a wonderful relaxing stay here, great views and an easy walk to the beach. Highly recommended with teenagers as their bedrooms were separate to ours so very peaceful and enjoyable.

We very much enjoyed our time at the house, sitting on the deck or having a BBQ dinner. Everything was clean and comfortable.
