Hold room, not in line with the picture of the reservation, not very clean, old furniture, a lot of noise and very expensive for the low quality

Toilet was spacious. Nice environment. Place was easily accessible.

The room light was yellow and dim. Would have been better if the lights in the room was the usual white light. Was hard to look for our things.

I liked the spacious room, garden courtyard and the patios.

Wish I had a coffee machine in the room.

I do understand the experiment but, in my preferences, hotellerie is about to receive guests, while here everithing happens through an ATM machine … no way - value-for-money is extremely poor - I’m sorry

We really enjoyed the charming garden, the wonderful view of the castle, and the fact that our room was close to everything (eg 15 minutes ride to Neuschweinstein Castle, 5 minutes walk to the old city centre). There were parking spaces available at the property (and included in the price of the room).

There is no elevator available (however we had no problem with our small luggages).

Beautiful Bavarian hotel. Perfect location, 3 minute walk to the centre of town. We had the family room and this had a bonus of an outdoor patio area with access to the lovely garden. Our kids loved the thoughtful touches - sweets on the pillows. There are plenty of bakeries and a supermarket nearby for fresh breakfast supplies which we could eat downstairs in the hotel's breakfast area -they supplied plates and cutlery. The hotel is very clean and beautifully decorated, very characterful and gives an authentic Bavarian experience.

Some noise from neighbouring rooms but it's in a old building so you don't expect modern soundproofing. It didn't bother us but some people might prefer total quiet.

I had a lovely stay at Villa Fantasia. The hotel is super charming.

Great reception staff. They spoke perfect English and were very friendly and helpful. There was a safe place inside to store our bicycles. The free tea and coffee was a nice touch too. Happily stay here again in future.

Very clean, spacious rooms. located within 2 min walk to Alstadt. very artistic interiors. had safe for parking. staff was very helpful in drawing out places to visit, and helped us understand about the region in depth. very friendly people. made our trip very memorable.

No breakfast available, but we could have free tea and coffee. Plus a cold beer and wine vending machine!

Lovely hotel with fantastic views from room. Loved that it was easy to forget you were in a hotel and not quiet B&B

This was a true delight. A family room with bunk beds for the kids and the breakfast was one of the best I have had at a Deutsch B&B.
