This house has plenty of room for the whole family. Enjoyed drinking coffee on the patio. Short walk to the pool and the beach. Jennifer, (management) responded quickly to all my question. Enjoyed our stay.

Easy access to the beach and pool. Enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the waves while having my morning coffee.

We had a blast

The house was very nice, had everything we needed. It for our group of 9 very well. We rented a golf cart for easy access to the pool and beach but it wasn’t a far walk to either. One thing to note was the locks were a little weird sometimes but overall it was a great stay.

The front and back yard is FULL of very aggressive and sticky cockleburs. If you have kids watch out-flipflops won’t help much for protecting your feet! AC was out in bottom level. We slipped in the driveway on black moss patches by the garage door. The door frame of the bottom unit is rotted out. The stair tread from bottom to second floor exterior is about to break in half. Kitchen faucet is broken, toliet paper holder in spare bath is partially off the wall, master bath toliet stopped up multiple times and master bath sink has no stopper and a strainer was provided but won’t allow drainage. Broken chairs on 3rd story balcony, master bedroom door won’t open to balcony due to rust. Rusted and broken metal chairs left laying in a corner of balcony rusting to bits of nothing, master bedroom TV was approx 24” hanging sadly on the wall, rotted boards in celing crawl space between master bed and bath. I’ll stop here but there is more. Reported to property manager with pics. No reply other than sent AC repair guy at 5 pm first night for bottom unit room. She did drop a plunger to us at one point.

Overall the place was clean. I did notice the ceiling fan blades and lamp shades had dust on them. My brother fell from the outside bottom step because one of the lights was burned out. Contacted the host and it was fixed the next day

Door locks would not work Master baths shower did not work Houses smelled like fish when we opened the door. I have never had to put laundry on before I left

A lot of steps. Need to update the kitchen pans….a long walking way to the beach… it’s better go in your truck and park near the beach. Beautiful views!!!!

Great location. View was amazing. Rooms were comfortable. Kitchen was equipped. Thanks for the champagne. Just a few not so great comments, mosquitos are really bad, kitchen pots, pans and sheet pans are old, bent and the Teflon is peeling off pans, so food was sticking. We looked for a pancake gridle but could not find one🤷‍♀️The drawer on the bottom of the stove is really dirty. There are several unsightly broken chairs on upper deck pushed to back of deck that need to be thrown away. as you walk out the door straight ahead a little to right there is one of the deck railings spindles that is lose. Our 2-year-old grandson did find this for us.😨 Also, the upper deck water spicket knob has rusted off so we could not use to wash off deck after meals. My husband hand carried pitchers of water to wash off deck we had a few drinks spill and food fell on deck, so we wanted to leave it clean. We enjoyed watching the early morning thunderstorm and rain from deck. We did lose power, but we went out for breakfast. My husband contacted manager and power was back on by 11am. As a kid, me my parents and siblings spent out summer vacations on Port A. We did not stay in such an extravagant place a Beachfront Baby we stayed at Spanish Village in Port A. Now we bring our kids and grandson and usually stay in our RV. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful beach house. 🏖️

The house needs a little TLC RAILING ON 3 floor balcony loose, was not as clean as should have been, most of the dead bolts would not lock

Great location and view! The dryer did not dry and there was no coffee. The appliances need an update. The beds were super comfortable! Things were clean. I do wish there had been some all purpose cleaner. Checkout instructions were clear except for START LAUNDRY. We were not exactly sure what that meant. Towels? Linens? Overall for the price it’s a nice stay.

Wi-Fi was pretty sketchy but the beach made up for it. Family had a great time

This is the fourth time we have stayed at this delightful house right on the beach. Great location, plenty of space and beautifully furnished.

The house was very nice with comfortable beds and a stocked kitchen. We really liked the location and the quiet cul-de-sac. It was easy to get to the beach with our cart and the view on the top balcony was stunning! Was disappointed that the sand dunes blocked the ocean view from the 2nd story balcony. Overall the stay was wonderful!

We spent our time on the 3rd deck enjoying the view and relaxing. Deanna was welcoming and made the place looks great. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Amazing home with an amazing view. Be prepared to climb steps however. While it helped me get my steps in, it got tiring after the 30th trip up and down.

This is our third stay at this beach house and it never disappoints. The location right in the beach is perfect, the house is big and bright and well appointed with everything you need. We will be back!

This was our families first beach house rental and it was definitely everything we hoped for! Perfect view, walking distance and location in general. The kids loved the bunk beds and their own space. We loved the decks, swing and hammock. The house came with everything we needed dishes and supplies. Definitely going to rent again next year!!

For being Mustang Island, this is as close as you are doing to get to the beach. Beach was clean and not crowded. The owner was very responsive. The place had all pots and pans and extra spices. Great silverware and plateware. There is a barbeque grill but you must provide your own charcoal or wood. We took our own grill, definitely much better. Ample space. Drawbacks...the place smelled stuffy; upon arrival we were received by two cockroaches on the second floor restroom and one in the kitchen (gross). Owner responded and said they has just sprayed and was willing to send exterminator. The beds at least on the second floor were NOT comfortable at all. The water pressure in the showers and kitchen is low. The water is not hot enough to was dishes appropriately. If are physically limited in climbing stairs, this is NOT the place for you, especially since the kitchen and eating tables are on the third floor. The view is phenomenal but the climb is not good. The walk to the beach is a good 10 min walk. Overall, we enjoyed it but renter needs to be aware of some of the downfalls of this place. Happy trails.

The property was as advertised. Convenient to the beach and more. The 3rd floor kitchen and living area a bit of a hike for seniors but that is how you get the view over the dunes. Would book again.

This is our third time to stay at this fantastic house in Port A. Great location, great accommodations and fabulous hosts.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very roomy for the 6 of us. The boardwalk was very close and an easy walk to the beach.

Nice house. Close to most things. Rent a golf cart to make the hike to the beach easier.

Our group included my husband and our 1.5 and 4 year old, three other adults, and my elderly father. We all had a great time staying here. The view from the third floor (kitchen, living room, master bedroom) is amazing and easy to enjoy from the the large covered porch. The beach was super clean and easy to access via a golf-cart accessible boardwalk about five houses north. It would have been challenging to haul everything down there by foot, but having a golf cart made it super convenient. There's a ton of beach gear available to use, including sand toys, chairs, canopies, boogie boards, and umbrellas. The studio downstairs was perfect for my dad since the stairs in the house were pretty steep and it was easier for him not to go up and down them all the time. Be aware that it shares an AC with the garage so don't make the mistake we did and put your bait in there overnight! Speaking of the AC, it wasn't working our first morning, but Jennifer was EXTREMELY responsive and had somebody out to fix it within an hour. She was also extremely responsive to any questions no matter how small. The only two minor complaints we had were that the toaster should probably be replaced, and the backyard was unusable due to a ton of sticky burrs. But we didn't come here to be in the backyard so it didn't take away from our experience at all. Overall I highly recommend this house and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. It's a great value for the view and convenience to the beach.

One room didn't have AC, laundry light was out, no laundry soap to do their towels and we couldn't watch TV because no one I instructions on how to use the remotes and no batteries for some of the remotes. Ought side of that it was a wonderful stay

This property was in a great location, nice neighborhood, quiet and easily accessible. I wish I would've known there were so many stairs in the house, one flight was extremely steep. My brother-in-law has a prosthetic leg, and we had a two and three year old so the stairs were difficult being the family area (kitchen and living room) were on the third floor. I was excited about the yard for the kids to play in, but it was over grown and full of stickers, so they couldn't play in the yard. When we were packing up the cars to leave, the landscapers were doing the yard and blew even more stickers all over the driveway. I'm sure they are scheduled to come and maintain, I just wish the timing had been different. Overall, it was a GREAT place, I would highly recommend it! Just maybe include a little more details that the common area is on the top floor.

We enjoyed our stay in this property with family. There was more than enough room for 6 adults, 2 kids, a toddler, and a baby. We truly enjoyed the view from the house. The beach was easy to access and the walkway is golf cart accessible. We walked for short trips to the beach. The beach access, if you prefer to use your car, is a short drive, which we did one day to lug all of our stuff. The property manager was very easy to communicate with.

Great place - clean and tidy, well appointed, close to the boardwalk - as comfortable as your own home. We had 8 adults and 6 kids 10-3 years old - cooked family dinner each night and never felt cramped. Loved the beach in Port A - our first trip here and will definitely be back!
