The location and the spaciousness
although there where some snacks/ tapas on the bar menu. Cheese/ ham platter and a tomato tartar/ burrata, we would have like to have the possibilty to have more in between snacks/ food to order.

lovely location on the country side but close to town. Lovely views, nice pool, friendly staff and very good food for dinner and breakfast.

The staff were very helpful
The restaurant wasn't big enough to accommodate us

We loved this place and it’s magnificent grounds and furniture and art. They were so nice and responsive on booking messages including changing for us last minute as half our party missed their flight and only half the family could travel.
We forgot to book restaurant in advance but they made us up a nice cheese platter. Maybe remind people one more time to book in advance.

The location and staff was amazing. Very beautiful place, and very friendly staff. The breakfast was also very good.
One in my company of 3, had gluten and milk allergies, we paid €16 each for breakfast, and all she got was two very tiny bread buns.
We got mislead by an advertisment (I have screenshot if you want it), saying that guests had free access to pool, tea room and sauna. But we had to pay €19 each for 1 hour only.
Also we booked for 3 people, and we only got two towels, so we needed to go ask for more. Nothing much, but for the price (especially since everything else came additional) it dragged it down a tiny bit.

.We will visit again
The staff were very friendly and professional. A particular mention has to be about Philipena (Probably spelt incorrectly. Appologies.)
The food in the resturant was superb. We really couldn't fault it. This just added to an amazing experience.
We will visit again
Nothing to dislike.

Breakfast was excellent! Excellent coffee, eggs, croissants, etc. The room was interesting - third floor with eaves. The hospitality was very good!
The bed was two single beds with separate mattresses - not very comfortable for sleeping with a spouse.

The hotel is miles/kms from anywhere but if you go on a Sunday or Monday the restaurant is closed. For dinner all you can get is a picnic hamper. But the room rate was still high. Avoid going on these days.

the location with swimming pool between the vines ! and diner at the property: excellent
nothing

Just gorgeous. We’ll appointed, classy, friendly service, thoughtful decor, romantic and luxurious in feel without being pretentious. Highly recommend.
Two fans in our suite instead of one. Given that we arrived in an unusually long heatwave means this oversight is understandable and probably could have been organised if anticipated. So not really a criticism, just a note.

Beautiful historical chateau in a relaxing, bucolic setting. Great, reasonably priced spa facility, cool pool, and fantastic on site restaurant with very accommodating staff. Lovely historic room with nice views adjacent to fun lounge with billiards table.
Combined shower / toilet is understandable in a historical conversion but a bit water world during sequential use. No A/C in the room we had, again fine for historical, but might opt for one with next time.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful and quiet place and very climatically decorated. staff is nice, breakfasts very tasty.
for Jacuzzi and saunas you have to pay extra, 1 hour 50 euros, it is scandalous in a situation when you already pay so much for this stay. I had a very unpleasant situation because at night behind the door of my room they played pool table very loudly, and it was after 11 pm, I asked the staff to do something but they did nothing, on the second day at the check-out at the reception they couldn't even say the word I'm sorry.

Nice pool
Really funny hotel:
(1) You have to hang out of the window to see the “swimming pool view”.
(2) They try to sell a toilet with a shower on 3 sqm as a bathroom. Camping style as you can see on the photo.
(3) Mold in the room and the bathroom (photos).
(4) Inflexible personal
209 €! Really a bargain!

Decor. Location. Breakfast.
There were almost no staff on duty. We arrived at 1925 and couldn't get in. Reception was closed. Restaurant closed on Monday. No phone to call reception anywhere in hotel. No porters to assist with bags.
