I recently returned from my trip to Japan with my 2 daughters. I spent 1 week in Osaka at this apartment and had a wonderful experience. It was conveniently located near the JR train station and the subway station. The apartment was clean and stocked with the basic necessities including washer/dryer, fridge, and microwave. Beds were comfortable. It was more spacious than the apartment I rented in Tokyo. Portable WIFI very helpful. Hossy and his assistant, Nana, were wonderful. Hossy provided me detailed directions including pictures to help me get to the apartment from Osaka station. After meeting them at his office, they escorted us to our apartment and gave as an overview on how to operate the appliances etc. He also had laminated directions to some local restaurants and convenient stores. On the day I was leaving to return home, there was heavy rainfall throughout the night. The JR trains and subways going to the airport stopped running and roads were flooded. I did not realize this until I arrived at the JR station and then tried the subway. I contacted Hossy and after calling several Taxi companies, he was able to find a company to take me to KIX airport. Keep in mind, car service was very limited due to the weather. The taxi ride cost about $ 110 USD. Another company I was speaking to was going to charge me $ 360 USD. Big difference .. possibly taking advantage of a tourist? Hossy and Nana went above and beyond to help us get to the airport. If I ever return to Osaka, I would not hesitate to reserve this location again. Thanks again for everything !!! Got it ?

The place is clean and comfort, it's near to subway station, very convenient to go to other tourist spot . I like the washer cum dryer, it help us save the hassle to wash all the clothes when back from holiday. It's highly recommend and I will come back again for my next trip to Osaka.

This is my first visit in Japan, my friend and I choose Osaka for our 8 days vacation, it was awesome! Hossy san was very helpful, he helped us to reserve the table in 2 famous restaurants as we were not able to book them online, apart from that, Hossy san was very considerate, he provided a lot of maps to us and also sent us update weather information in whatsapp, furthermore, he also worried about our stay and sent us message to check if we need his help. :) thank you Hossy san! No matter the service/ the location (within 5 minutes walk to both JR line and metro) or cleanliness or the design of this apartment, we both think that it's worth to stay in!

Hossy you are the best! If you want to have a great time in Osaka, this might be the best place with the best and coolest host in the hole town. The apartement looks cool, and has a lot of space. You can run in the nearby Nagai Park, the JR Line and underground is right arround the corner, and a lot of good restaurants are in the neighborhood. Also try the Onsen down the street and dont be shy, we fell in love with it! The apartment stays cool in the summer and you got a big fridge for drinks. You can't cook, but you really shouldn't. Enjoy Osaka and the food as much as you can. Hossy will help if you have questions or need to know something. Best Place we had in Japan! THANK YOU HOSSY! ♡
