Beliggenheden ned til stranden et rev med mange fisk og havskildpadde samt hotellets solsenge, parasoller og god betjening.
Hotellet er meget slidt og trænger til vedligeholdelse. Der var skimmelsvamp i loftet, en tæret vandhandhane og sort langs håndvasken. Møblerne var slidte - en stol gik i stykker, da min mand satte sig i den. Morgenmaden var kedelig. Den øvrige mad lækker, men dyr. Tøjvasken var tre gange så dyr som alle andre steder.

Not the hotels fault but the path along the coast to the hotel made it hard to navigate suitcase due to it being washed away and not repaired

Staff were great nice to be on the beach and near great snorkeling
We stayed for one week and had no hot water the whole week and no compensation at all
Also the pool was disgusting when we arrived completely murky it took 5 days for them to clear it up.

The place was filthy and run down no maintenance . We had a lizard living in our bathroom. Kitchen area was disgusting and filthy. Fridges didn’t work in kitchen and served warm beer! Could even hire a bike from

The staff were extremely attentive, helpful and friendly and the location on the beach was good. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was very safe and we really enjoyed swimming in the big pool. The location was only a short walk to and from the harbour and to most shops and restaurants on the island.
The property was not in the best shape and needs renovating and some TLC after the pandemic. There were much nicer, more affordable options on the Gili Islands. After experiencing the Gili Islands, we realised that this hotel was extremely overpriced. We also found out that the staff do not get given the service charges which are added to the bills because the owner is saving that money to renovate the property. While the property needs renovations, the funds should not come out of the staff's hard-earned service wage. A service wage or tip, by law, is meant to be given to the staff who have earned it.

Good location, close to the small port, nice bars and restaurants around. Pleasant pool in the garden, hiding behind trees, with comfortable sunbeds. The beach is also very nice right in front of the hotel. What makes staying in this hotel unforgettable is the staff; they do everything to make your holiday fantastic. Special thanks to Abul, we are coming back soon, I am sure. :)

spacious room, good bed and airconditioning Beautiful swimming pool, the staff is nice, the breakfast area is lovely and the beach is right in front of you!
The property has suffered from the earthquake 2018 and COVID, it needs some work and repairs!! No hot water in shower. How ever, absolutely sure it will become great!! so give it a chance!!! But at this moment I would say: a little overpriced

The Villas also need an update - our roof was filled with holes and rain was coming in the bathroom. The ceiling above the shower was Black with mold

location, ambiance, food, staff and the big room. location : just next step from the harbor, turn right to the Lotus Spa location and walking for 7 minutes. but horse-drawn carriages have to turn around because there is little damage to the road that cannot be traversed by carriages and requires skill to get through on a bicycle
only a few parts of the road is damaged. if it's fixed.. then it's perfect

Loved this place! Rustic feel and the gardens by the pool were beautiful. All staff were so lovely and helpful. Location is great - right by the beach with a nice snorkelling spot, and good restaurants/bars nearby.

The property was very clean and not too busy. The pool area was very private. The restaurant has a fantastic view to the beach.

The property was tucked away from the main road so it was very peaceful and it was great to relax around the pool and by the beach.

The location was amazing at the beach, you could go straight to the pool from your room and a few steps further into the sea. They also offer bikes and we did a half day excursion on a glass boat to go snorkeling and this was great.
The place is quiet and the rooms are well equipped.
When you arrived at the breakfast buffet in the morning there was sometimes nothing left, you had to ask for the mugs to be replenished and the croissants and cutlery.

Great place! Perfect location and very nice staff. The kids loved the hammock and the pool. The parents loved the beach and the lovely restaurant.

Literally everything was perfect! And the staff is so incredible nice! We extanded our stay for a few nights, because we enjoyed it so much! I can really recommend staying here! :)
