Very comfortable well appointed stay at Villa@ Spring. Enjoyed bbq on deck and dining with views to Maria Island. A short walk to beautiful Spring Beach.

Enjoyed the sound of the waves, the fresh air and the beautiful beach and wood fire. Well-appointed accommodation - everything we needed.

Perfect location for our short stay which included a day to Maria island. Cafe at Orford had great wood fired pizza - you need to order early during peak times. Accommodation had everything we needed plus more. Thanks for a lovely short break.

A delightful holiday home.

Relaxing stay in a quiet setting. Beautiful views and sound of crashing waves can be heard day and night.

We had had a torid time moving house and were looking forward to a well earned break and to attend a Whisky tour, but we had had no notifiaction of the location of the property or the key so when we arrived in pouring rain we had to contact Stayz to get the code to the key safe. We ended up talking to the host about how to get in but the key safe was so stiff that it took some time to get it to work. It had been raining all day and was very cold - 9oC. Water had poured down onto the front door step so that there was a huge puddle at the front door . The fire had been set but without any newspaper to get the fire to catch . Only one match! We had to go out to get paper and buy matchers to get the fire started. The shower for 2 tall people was terrible with the water making contact at about chest height - no holder for the soap/shampoo and a shower curtain which shed water all over the floor. No bed side lights in the master bedroom - overhead lights had to be turned off at the door then find one's way to bed in the dark. However the location was fantastic and the place was beautifully clean. Maybe a stay in summer would be better!!

Fantastic location, comfortable, clean. I loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves.

A sturdily constructed timber paneled, tin roofed shack. Everything worked well, Wi-fi was a comfort, main bed was fantastic and the bunks up the other end sufficed. (A comment was made that the mattresses on the bunks were perhaps a tad on the hard side). Plenty of water for us - Orford had one 24-hour period where 120mm fell. I'm certain far less was consumed than what went into the tanks. Wildlife was interesting: magpies, parrots, wattlebirds, butcher birds, rabbits, even a wallaby or three all wandered/flew through. Plenty of places to visit, most within an hour or so from base. Tasman peninsula was good, Hobart twice, Richmond and no doubt much more if you looked. Overall a most comfortable and relaxing week away for us. Recommend this gem!

We stayed for a week and enjoyed the perfectly appointed house in the most superb environment, even saw a bandicoot in the front garden one evening. The hostess is amazing, flexible informative and patiently answers all questions and enquires allowing my sister to stay overnight at short notice.

The villa was very modern, clean, excellent presentation, and most importanlty excellently equipped, it had everything you could possibly require and more. Peaceful, beautiful view, very close to beach, great deck, bbq the lot! extremely kind, helpful hosts, that are more than willing to answer any questions etc. Highly impressed in all aspects, we'll be back for sure. We were really happy with the property. It was very clean. A very wet day when we arrived so it was nice to have the woodheater. The sound of waves crashing onto the beach was great. The view of the beach is partially obscured by neighbours trees and bushes. Some instructions re connecting the dvd would be helpful but we worked it out. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Excellent communication with the manager Sarah- friendly, helpful and warm.The location was perfect, close to the beach. The sound of the booming waves was constant and so relaxing. The wood fire in the evenings was immense! Heated the house with no problems at all.Fantastic stay- we would love to return.

Great location very close to beach and lovely coastal walks.

The property was basic and well equipped for a family of 4 with 2 young children (4+5) The kids loved the little bath and all the toys and DVDs to look through. The view was great, though the hedges could use a trim. You can walk around barefoot on the grass and there was a fireplace indoors with a fire pit outside. It was perfect for a winter getaway and we are considering returning in the summer. The kids could ride their bikes around and had plenty to do. The kitchen was well equipped but the oven is a bit strange and we didn't use it in the end. everything worked as it should

Relaxing, peaceful, clean, warm, comfortable. Tennis court was great once we worked out how to get in. Beach is great, had a lovely swim. Rode our bikes to Orford along the track along the foreshore which was great fun.

We were delighted to have 2 nights at the property over Christmas with our 3 kids. It was perfect and would stay again in a heartbeat. Would recommend property to anyone wanting to stay at Orford or Spring Beach!

Property was clean, and quite comfortable for a couple of nights. Magnificent beach a short walk away. We had trouble with heating and found it cold. Blind in lounge broken and had to be rolled up by hand..... most need replacing. Very muddy outside after rain could use some landscaping.

Fabulous location on a beautiful beach and amongst stunning bushland. The hose doesn't look much from outside but the inside is smartly presented and has all that is needed for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Sarah had everything we could have possibly wanted! There was a tonne of precut fire wood, the bedroom looked like a hotel room, and her communication was perfect! We will be staying at Sarah's property again, if she'll have us!

We stayed three nights at Spring Beach and enjoyed the proximity of the property to the beach. The property is well equipped with kitchen equipment, toys and books for small kids, and has a deck out the back where you can see a glimpse of the ocean. We stayed in winter and found the property to be warm enough.

We enjoyed our days at your beautiful home. Very close to the beach. Home was very well set up. Thank you for having us. We will definitely stay again
